They called every day between 7 am and 10 pm. I have told them to stop calling.

Scarborough Research is unethical and immoral. I have a job and two kids. I'm on the do not call list!

I've filed a complaint with bbb.org and fcc.gov.

These people have harrassed our family daily up to 5 calls a day and up until 10pm at night! It started the beginning of June 2010 and now its the middle of July 2010. We even received a letter with a one dollar bill. Orginally there were no messages, then the messages were once a week. Now the woman states they are at the end of their research deadline for the surveys and are desparate to contact us. We're tired of this unprofessional harrassing rude behavior. Don't want their money, don't want to do their "survey"; want our family to be left alone!

Okay people, here's info for us, for letter writing, emails, and phone calls complaining about this company! Here's what I found out about this c!ompany... they are not classified as a telemarketing organization, they are classified as a research compnay, making it pretty difficult to get them to fall into line with the do not call list. HOWEVER, I did find out.... the company's headquarters are in New York City.... and their "interviewing" locations are in San Antonio Texas, Coral Springs Florida and Sarasota Florida which is where they're calling from. The company is members of: The Better Business Bureau, the Market Research Association, the Council of American Survey Research Organizations, and The Council for Marketing & Opinion Research.

There are enough of us consumers who are fed up with this type of behavior from these companies. Call & write these people, including who they're members with, and your locate media and make complaints about them. Lets make some noise back at them [put your computers, printers, telephones, fax machines to work for all of us consumers]! Enough is enough all ready!

Did not answer and they did not leave a message.  They call my house and my cell.

I got 2 calls today from this number with no Identification listed. They do not leave a message on my asnsering machine.

Called last week ... told them to quit calling

Called again today ... told them I'd told them to quit calling ... response was "did we give you a toll-free number to call?"  Look, [***], once I tell YOU it is YOUR responsibility to make it happen.

Added to call blocking list.

I get a phone call from this phone number at least six times a night.  I currently do not have a phone hooked up to my line but it flashes across my TV screen as R. Scarborough and the number.  Does anyone know who it is?

They call here several times a week.

The caller id said "Kennedy, B" so it looks like a personal call.  However, when I picked up, but didn't say anything, I could hear numerous people speaking in the background.

Forget about an FTC complaint - this is a research/survey group and they ARE allowed to call people on the 'Do not call list' (thankyouverymuchFTC). I filed a complaint with the FTC and they said I have 'no claim'.

BUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HARASS YOU! Which is exactly what they are doing. File complaints with the BBB and your State Attorney General's office.

I have received well over 65 calls from these folks this year alone at all hours of the day - even after 10pm.

They just called again at 9:17pm .  Thats 3 times today.

They never leave a message I have answered phone and nobody there they call everyday and I am on the do not call list

Send an email to them with your telphone number and ask to be removed at:

called me at 9:50pm.  told them not to call me again.  man said he couldn't do that. said he wasn't a telemarketer...i told him i didn't care who he was that he shouldn't be calling anyone that late at night.  he said he could not take me off a list because they didnt use one.  i told him this wasn't a random call because they call constanly.  he said he could give me a number to corporate and ask them to take me off their list..i told him that he could call them and not to call me again.  i finally had to hang up on him...he just kept on saying the same thing over and over.

They keep calling every day

Today they called at 9:15.    Isn't worth the dollar they sent me.   Pathetic [***] harassing hard working people........

I told the man who called from this number to take me off the list and that we're not interested.  He said they would.  He LIED!  They still call every evening around 8pm.  I am going to report them.  I'm sick and tired of it.  Something needs to be done to get them to stop.  I too am on the Do Not Call list and have an unlisted number.  I don't know how they got my number.

I get calls after 9:00 p.m., I am not old, but do get up at 4:00 a.m. for work, so rather annoyed getting calls at that hour.
