I am in Virginia, i never answer it and it says Lisa Lawson on the caller ID

Those calls are indeed coming from West Park direct as noted above (216 6583010). I called my local newspaper and they confessed they are using West Park to increase circulation. They offered to take my number off the list. I suggested they need to fire the company for their practice of calling cell phones and hanging up. Maybe you should call your local newspaper with advice.

I called the number back and after giving the call service the name of my state--Virginia---I was advised that the local newspaper, The Virginian Pilot, was offering me a special for subscribing to the paper------It's annoying because I am already a subscriber.

This company has called me 3 times, when I pick up the other end hangs up. Then when I call back I get a recording that keeps saying all lines are busy now, than it hangs up.

Same here.  They are calling my son's cell phone, who by the way is a minor.  This is really annoying!!

this number called my CELL phone repetedly and no one is there when i answer. my number has been on the national do not call list for over 3 years!! most atempts to call the number back got nowhere. i once did get a message stating "thank you for calling WEST PARK, an operator will be with you shortly". then the line went dead. the company is:
West Park Direct, 2728 Euclid Ave Suite 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. their 800 number works, but you can call them at 216-589-0200.

you have to call them to get the calls to STOP!

correction to my last comment the 800 number does not work there for you have to call the regular number: 216-589-0200.

This calls me four to five times a day every day when i call back it says to hold for customer service how do i stop it anyone plesae help

they call me about 5 times a day and hang up after 5 seconds. i call back and it says something like its full

this company is very annoying. i thought this was over. i just got another call from 216 589 0214. it makes it even worse since it is my cell phone. i an calling then back again to complain at # 216 589 0200. i also left a message on the president's machine telling his i was going to report his company. he is Timothy S. Schmidt and his # is 216 658 3010. i think we all need to file a report against this company. maybe then this will finally be over.

Called August 4th at 10am... all circuits or busy... never left a number.  Coming from Cleveland Ohio

Constant calls from this number and they never answer, and when I pick up it just sounds like the line is dead. If you call back it says "all circuits are busy." It's driving me nuts!

they called me too. and didn't leave voicemail or anything. i don't know where the area code is from either, i think florida?
but, when i call back it says the number isn't available or something.

A live person answers @ 216-589-0200.  Live person on the phone being asked stupid questions = wasted money.  Call away.
