yep got a call from this number. A voice that sounded stressed said "..I need some help..."

After getting multiple calls from this company I decided to look them up. I was disturbed by the posts on this site so I personally went down to their cleveland office. To my suprise I was very impressed with the way their business was being conducted. A manager there by the name of Arthur Bennett greeted me at the door and listened very patiently to my complaints. He then personally walked me through the whole calling process answering all of my questions along the way. Very professional! My opinion about this company has now changed for the better. This is one Telemarketing company that I will answer calls from.

This Caller ID (WST PRK DIRECT 216-589-0214) is still alive and well in Dec. '08. I ignored the call.

No message left by this number, when I call is back, not a valid phone number

I live in Va number found on caller id when I returned home, but no message on answering service.

We are getting calls from this number in the St. Louis, MO, area.  When we answer, there is no one there.  We recently dropped our subscription to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and so I am wondering whether or not that is related.

I have received at least 5 calls a week from this number.  No message is ever left.

The company is West Park Direct..
Its a call center for newspapers, Maybe more.
They call my wife & I's cell phones at the exact same time, daily.
There was no response when I did try to answer..
Pretty scammy sales tactics there, even for a telemarketer!

Companies like this need to be reported,
otherwise they are getting away w/ these shady tactics!

Eight calls on my cellphone now in about five days. I made the mistake of answering and immediately hanging up thinking it would jam their calling system.
Then the calls started twice and day. I don't answer. I've already seen from this "who calls me" service it is a spammer of sorts. Based on comments made, it would seem futile to try to talk with someone on this number.
I joined the do-not-call list a couple of weeks ago.. almost a week later these calls started.
How do we stop these people? Can I threaten them with the penalties for violating the do-not-call rules? Am I naive?

Received a call from this number on my cell and answered. No one on the other end. I said hello many times but no response.

d000dz I get calls from them all the time, asking me if I want to try out a free subscription to the Virginian Pilot. I don't even live down there anymore.
