I have received at LEAST three calls per week from this number in the past few months. I always ignored the call because I've looked it up before on this website. However, I finally answered and it was the Virginian-Pilot asking me to subscribe to their newspaper. I have already spoken with them multiple times on my phone telling them I do not want to subscribe. I asked the lady to please stop calling my number, but I doubt it will end there.

they call and just breath real heavy into the phone.  its kinda creapy espcially when my daughters have been recieving these phone calls when they are home alone.

Hang up after answering -

These people have a computer dialing random phone numbers, as soon as someone answers they got what they want: a working phone number with a live person answering, now they take 1000s of these numbers and sell them to telemarketers.

I contacted the Virginia Pilot Newspaper and told them about these phone calls. I live in Illinois, I don't really care about the news in the Tidewater area. They responded and told me that the number goes to WestPark Direct, a telemarketing service out of Ohio. what is the point of do not call list!! if these people keep calling!!

I am getting these calls and they are hang ups quite possibly Orchid Bank Credit card

this number keeps calling me too!  I called it back and was on hold for a long time, someone at work told me to google the number and here I am.  I hung up on them.

I tried calling the number back and got a recording-"We appreciate your call and will answer asap", for 20 minutes. Then I hung up.........

2165890214 offered me a 73% summer discount to the NorthWest Indiana Times. I have subscribed to the Times for all of my 34 year wedded life. So now I am getting this offer because I am a preferred customer, and I would receive the reduced rate for the duration of the offer. The caller did not know my name, address, or zip code, and was not familiar with the town I live in. Then he wanted to know if wanted it credited to my credit card or debit card. Oooh, you want my credit card number. No.

Our call was from this number from an agency representing the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and asking if we like to "re-subscribe."  We've been gettting the Post for 20 years, so why bother to call us?  We get at least one of these calls a month.  It's ridiculous.

Annoying phone calls from 2165890214, a company in Cleveland, Ohio. I tried to call them up but can not get through. If you happen to get through to this number. Will you tell this company to back off and may say "[***] you" to this annoying company. Thanks for doing that to me.

I keep getting calls from this number....when we don't answer, no message is left. When we do answer, they hang up. When we call back, we get a recording saying, "thank you for continuing to hold. your call will be answered shortly." They call at late hours and woke my 15 month old up tonight and I'm sick of it.

Easy enough Call Block!

Call was from someone wanting to offer the Daily Local newspaper (southern Chester County, PA).  Normally I wouldn't answer, but I saw the 216 area code (OH) and thought it might be from someone in my family.
