wish these people who are calling had the decentcy to be at the phone when they call. what kind of company is this? I dont have time to kee[ answering the phone when nobody is there. WE ALL HAVE RIGHTS TO KNOW WHOSE CALLING AND WHY!! if the calls keep occuring I will be contacting my lawyer

I keep getting hng up calls and when I try to call back they say "thank you for continuing to hold.  Your call is very important to us so please wait and someone will be with you shortly".

Annoying [***].  Well at least they are not Indian pay day loan scams.

I'm starting to believe they know more information about us more than we know about them....I wonder how they get our contact info...?

This number belongs to WEST PARK DIRECT- they are not a collection agency- they work or are contracted on behalf of MANY newspapers. They get your telephone number in a database from your local newspaper company and they may also use the telephone book in your area to solicit you for a subscription to the local newspaper company. You may already have an old account w/ a newspaper company and they pull it from there. Usually they will not try to collect past due amounts- depends on their contract. (I used to work for our local newspaper here and we use their services). They could be pushy to get you to subscribe. If you are in doubt by all means call your local newspaper company and ask to speak to the circulation director and tell him you want off the soliciting list- he will have to respect your wishes. Many times WEST PARK is trying to give you a good deal- and it usually is! But if you call the company for a subscription- they will tell you you have to take it from WEST PARK to get that rate, and won't honor it- that is how WEST PARK DIRECT gets paid- by their commission. All you people that are complaining why don't you PUT YOUR NUMBER ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST with the National DNC registery. Instead of coming on this unnecessary website to vent. HOW CHILDISH AND STUPID!!! It is your fault that they are calling your phone number is free for all to call without the National DNC registery and they WILL CONTINUE TO CALL with no consequences.

Over 300 calls in the last 3 months - requested my numbers to be added to "do not call list" numerous times but still receive 2 - 6 calls daily.  Cannot get these people to stop.

Received call from this number three days ago - didn't recognize, didn't answer.  No message was left.  Received two more calls today.  I have the number identified as "Junk Call"  so I'll never answer it.

If you live in an area served by one of their newspaper client and you have subscribed to that newspaper before, you will be called relentlessly by these scumbags.  My local newspaper is called the Daily Local and they calle me over and over and over and over.  (18 calls in about a one-month period.)  I never answered the phone, but I got so tired of the calls that I had to answer and had them put me on their no call list.  I also emailed the circulation department at the Daily Local to let them know of their vendor's practices.  Call up their customers and report them -- that's the key.

Got two calls today from this number. The person hung up upon answering the phone.
Can't imagine it is a collection call. Our Sunday only newspaper subscription is about to run out in another 2 months.

Been getting the call everyone says is westpark direct a couple times a day for a few days now ....but am always working and dont answer but what's odd is that it seems most people getting this call are from out of state so its not a local number for them, but I live in Cleveland Ohio in a neighborhood called westpark which used to be its own city so this call is coming from within 10 miles of my house...random...
