ive been gettin a call from that number 2 or 3 times a day and it always hangs up.. no words.. and when i tried calling back there's always a busy tone... how do i get that number to stop calling?

i called the 216 589 0200 number and got an operator who told me that our number was randomly selected and it was re: the virginian pilot.  she didn't seem phased that they were stalking my 12 year old son.

they just call and it seems like i never get to the phone quick enough and when i call its ALWAYS busy its really annoying

several calls daily. As many as 4 calls in 15 minutes. Answer the phone, they hang-up. Call back and it rings and rings and rings. Who are these people? I think we should all file a class action suite and send a message to others who do this. FCC here comes my complaint!

Call comes in I've answered nobody responds to me then we are disconnected.

This company,West Park Direct )identified by my caller ID) has been calling my business several times a day for days.  My number is on the DO NOT CALL list, and they still call and no one is on the other line!  I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC.

I live in VA and have been getting (3) or so calls from these folks a day. My number is a cellular number and is on the "Do Not Call List" but it appears that it doesn't matter for these folks. The phone would only ring one time so I never got it in time and there was never a message.  

Today, I called 216.589.0200, a lady answered in about 4 rings.  I explained the situation and that I would like to be removed from their list.  She asked if this was a business or residence and I told her CELL phone.  Let's see how it goes!!

Everyday I get 2-5 calls from 216-589-0214.  No one or no recording ever speaks.  Very annoying!!!

No message.  Just call and hang up.

They are calling my husbands work cell phone so I called 216-589-0200 told them what was happening and she said they will put his number on the do not call list.If they don't I will call back and want be so nice. Good Luck to you all.Maybe we all need to call the 216-589-0200 and not say anything and call right back.Would be funn but want make a different huh.

call, and hang up, i try to call, and nothing happens, been calling me around 6 times today. This is dumb, and ridiculous, why do these companies do this????

I have gotten a call from them every day around 1100 and they never acknowledge my answer either.  When I do call back it is always busy or just rings all the time.  Thanks for all of the info.  I called the alternate number today, 216-589-0200, and someone answered and added my number to the "do not call list".  This took all of 20 seconds, no questions asked just "are there any more numbers we should know about".  Told me it could take up to 3 days to take effect.  Maybe this will work.

I have received several calls from this number on my cell phone.  They never leave a message and when I answer, I am disconnected.  When I try to call back, I get a busy signal.  One time it did ring.  However, after ringing for quite some time, an automated voice came on telling me that the party was not answering (duh), to try again later, and sorry -  but my call would now be disconnected.  This has been going on for about a week and I am getting very angry.  BTW, I did a reverse lookup on whitepages.com and it is a land line registered to Ameritech in Cleveland, Ohio.  Maybe I could file a complaint with them??

After reading the other comments, I called the 216-589-0200 number.  They were from the Virginian Pilot (in my case).  She actually made me the offer that they were calling about.  Insane.  Anyway, she said they would put me on the do not call list.  Also, she said they have been having problems with "dropped calls" and that is why it seems like no one is there.  I told her I found a website where a lot of people were reporting the same problem and were getting quite angry.  She apologized and repeated that I would be put on the do not call list.  This is ridiculous.  Even if the VA Pilot wasn't so far left, I would not order it now, just b/c of this.

they call our store several times a day and when we call back it says we are blocked from calling!!!

Had a call from this number.  Asking for a certin person.  When told not here, they hung up.

this number calls me all the time at least 3x a week on my cell. how do i get my cell off the do not call list.

I have gotten a call from this number for two weeks now every day. They never leave a message just hang up. How do I stop this. I changed my # recently because of this very thing. I live in va.
