This is the same man whom I have been emailing for a month.   He goes by the name of Christiano D'Angelo.   The lingo is exactly the same.   Almost word for word.   As I have read on reports, this man has used many different names.   His mother he told me passed away this past week.   She has been dying now for months.   Is she indeed gone.   How do you stop this person from deception?  

I broke this relationship this morning.    Who will he try to scam next?

Now he goes by the name of Popolo Marotta, but the story is the same.  For me, his mother hasn't died yet, but I sure the next email I get will be telling me that. Suppose to meet Sunday when he flys straight here from UK ....BLA, BLAH, BLAH.  He wrote beautiful loving emails

I don't understand what he is after. I have no money to give him. Got an email before I woke this morning. Mother has not died yet, suppose to go back to Kent tomorrow. Yes, his phone is broke because of some rain and he had to find an Internet cafe so he could email me. This guy was really good at the beginning, but his stories are starting to wear thin now. I went back on Match.com last night to check and see what he could have possibly seen in ny profile to attract him, as he said, cuz I didn't write much. And this morning he sent a second email to me to ask me to close my match account, since his was closed, he thought it best for us if I close mine as well., how did he know, unless he was back on there?,

This guys is still at it.  Match again.  Using the name Steve Caldari. Exact same story.

what is his new Match.com name?  I think all of his letters are pre written and he just changes the names on them as he changes his name which is now Polo Marotta to me, but that name is not on match anymore. One of the pictures he had on Match and sent to me was him and supposedly his daughter, Sofer sitting on a leather sofa, she looks to be in her 20s, it's hard to say. The other picture is just of him standing outside, looks like in a courtyard with an old historic building behind him.
I'm thinking this is a business and there are several people sending these beautiful plagiarized letters to lonely old women. He hasn't asked me for anything yet, but I sure he will in time. I'm just gonna let him go on with his line. His mother has got to die again pretty soon, because he is spose to be here to me me SUNDAY OCT 26, so I'll let you all know when that happens.

yes i got the same long emails he is in Dubai now doing deals he wanted my name and address so he could own his own company back in the states. he lives in gilbert,az has a daughter, mother just died  a week ago,his son,dad and wife died in the last 10 years. He did not ask for money. Name he is using at the time. He said he was,living in springfield missouri when he first contacted me but then of course had to go to Texas to finish a deal and then to UK. Then his mother got sick, so off to Italy he gos, but back in UK now. I'm sure I will hear in next day or so that his mother died, because he's suppose to be flying home Sunday the 26th.

instead of going to those meeting and traveling to UK and Italy and back, he's searching for more lonely ladies. Then he makes more copies of his lovely letters and he must read some of our letters, because he did respond to some little things I had said at the end of the copied form letters he sent. Same emails almost verbatim.  Contacted from match.com using the name Martino Dutch Santino.  His "mum" just died yet again.  I sent no money.  Phone #'s he used:  3033517576 and 3039905722 and 447031903788.  The 447 one has been used before.  He or they probably won't use it again.  Email:  martino_santino@yahoo.com  Match.com profile name was sunshinebrowners.  Ladies be careful out there.  RUN from anyone who asks for money.  This guy/these people are awful!

Even after I sent a reply about his mother dying, and basically told him I lived without him this long, I would be fine without him, he sends another one today.  Going on and on about his mother and saying his aunt is now in a coma and he has no one left and thanked me for my support and condolences. Only mentioned his daughter Sofer one time. Used all his accessible money to pay hospital bill, can't get to his acvount in states he says, hahaha, what a bunch of BS. Had to even borrow money from friends. Didn't ask me for any yet, but I'm sure that is coming. He must not have even read my email to him yesterday. Trying to think up a real singer to send him this next time.

Aw - Ginger.  Same here .  . . only his daughter this time was Angela.  Let's see . . .the doctor was going to take him around town to make sure he got all the right certificates for his "mum's" burial.  He whined a lot about being an orphan and an only child and having to do all of the arrangements himself.  He spent all his money purchasing shares of Magellan for different clients (hey, now . . .the clients are the ones buying the shares) and had to borrow money from colleagues to pay the hospital bill because he couldn't access his bank account in the states (guess he doesn't know that you CAN access your USA bank accounts from just about anywhere in Europe).  Loved the coma his aunt went into because she held her dying sister in her arms (I work in a medical field . . .really don't know of even 1 coma occurring as a result of something like this).  Hon - just consider it a warning, give yourself a huge hug, and be thankful.  We were two of the lucky ones who got away unscathed.  I only wish I had given him a sob story and asked him for money.  (BTW - if you do this, please, please, please let me know what he does!  I think it would be hilarious, but am unsure if it could be viewed in a negative legal light).

i started getting suspicios right from the beginning, because I hardly had anything written in my profile for him to be studying for 30 minutes as he said. But I just played along, not really saying much in my emails to him but he wrote beautiful long emails, which I'm sure were all copied. I had given him my cell phone number which he did call the night he and his investors were flying to the UK.  Only stayed on the phone about 30 seconds, not long enough to listen to his accent, so that made me suspicious. It was at that point that I found this site after searching all states for any indication of Popolo Marotta.
Yesterday I also got a blocked number call on my cell phone, I don't answer blocked number calls, but that has never happened before so I figure it was him. If I get another email tomorrow, I'm sure he will be asking for money. I never did respond to the ridiculous one I got from him today. I just hope women investigate the guys they meet on match and don't be so trusting.

clark also catches you in on match.com and linkeden same picture which is not real.  He did a real heartbreak on a friend, I am trying several sites to repot these men.  They all sit in Internet cafes looking for the next woman they can romance.  And steel from.  Where are the authorities when so many have been reported.
