"Jamie" did his/their best to convince me to cash in my somewhat minimal retirement investments for his benefit. (Financial fiduciaries are obligated look out for their client's best interests, no matter what.)  He also tried, without success, to convince me to transfer my share of my mother's estate to him.  Not a significant amount. relatively speaking, but the fact that he said "it will help us go a long way" toward HIS professed life together and business interests.

Your post said you have pictures of this guy.  I have two.  How can we share our photos.  Is the pictures you have one of him standing at an iron fence, city in background and he's holding an umbrella?  And the other is in a nightclub atmosphere wearing a red pullover shirt.   He is a very handsome man.  It does sound like the same guy.  He's going by the name of Peter Divine.  Was Peter Gigliono (or something like that.)    It can't be a coincidence that two men have an 88 yr. old mother in Italy that recently died.  And a daughter who is 26 and going to school in Italy to be a pilot.

PLEASE, everyone, please read this:  http://www.romancescam.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=74538
I (and most of us) have/had no clue,  Kids in Nigeria!  Much more info on this site I mentioned before, but did not read this, and others, earlier.  I've been hoping for retribution, not so much for me, but for those others whose lives have been destroyed.  Apologies.  I have not been able to let this go....

I am also getting emails from a man who calls himself Mike Baldini and he is a Fund Manager for Shell Investment who just told me that he didn't realize that they have raised the fee to open an account for an off shore bank and is asking me to send him $320 thousand dollars to open this account or he will lose everything.  What a fool I am to believe that this was all true.  Thank God I had no money but this is the second time in a year I have been scammed once on Facebook and the other was match.com.  This just makes me so sick and want to stop trying because obviously I am going to die a lonely stupid woman.

You must have lost over 200 thousand dollars each before it is worth the fbi will do anything.

I was scammed out of 75 thousand dollars from a Nigerian bank called diamond bank but the FBI did nothing and they said that they knew I had been scammed. They said don't answer any more emails and don't wire any more money.
    Right!!!

Well I am totally broke and will never recover from this.

But I do have my husband who is not working I have income but not much.

Do you really want 34 pages of a Word document?  They were sent from January through March of 2014 on Outlook.  I deleted almost everything on Yahoo email and Messenger in a fit of anger.  My mistake.  Although embarrassed to see them now, I had no clue...  Must have caused a great deal of laughter on the other end.  Anyway, despite my chagrin, if you would provide your email address, I will forward the composite.  Too lengthy to post here.

I recently read online (Male Scammers) that certain songs and poems are now being emailed to other women, which I had not heard before.  That's the only reason I became suspicious after learning of the "rings."  They may have nothing to do with each other, but users are users and use everything they can get to entrap the unsuspecting.  More than anything, I deeply regret revealing my innermost thoughts and feelings -- none of which have ever been shared, with anyone, before.

All songs and poems were sent with attribution.  If any Q's, enter text online to see what turns up, if anything.

I cannot comprehend how the FBI/IRS/banks/authorities know exactly who is being scammed, when and how, but cannot take action unless individual (?) financial loss is over $200K.  Something is very, very wrong.  How can a minimum loss gamount be imposed prior to investigation?  The individual Banks generate $$/fees for incoming and/or outgoing wire transfers.  Usually about $45 a pop, more or less.

Just because a man sends duplicate emails does not mean he is a scammed. One lady wanted to take her computer to the FBI. I asked her if he had asked for any money and she said no.

There are many scammers out there but if you get a romantic email and asks for no money you have not been scammed. Anticipating that he will is just speculation.

I met my husband on a dating site he never asked for money and I thought I had been scammed.

But there are good men on dating sites also.

Stop and think before you jump to conclusions and wait for him to ask you for money.

I know that my husband now profile was hacked once and a man changed my husband's profile and picture.

That man is wanted by the FBI but he keeps changing his name and pictures and the FBI can't find him.

Be careful and use your common sense

I joined match.com in September 2014 and was contacted by nine men.  Of those nine, SIX asked for money.  One kept me going until February 2, when he asked for money.  Wasn't two weeks later another scammer using similar e-mails and history, contacted me.  I promised God that if this new man asked me for money I was staying off on-line dating sites.  Well, Saturday, the new guy, John Diaz, asked for money.  When I told him I only had my social security, he has not written back.  So, I am off the sites, I know there are good men out there, but sure seems like more scammers.  These men are evil as they dangle hope, love and a tomorrow together, but it is false and they are worthless.
