Sounds like the same jerk that's been emailing me promising me that we will have a fantastic life together....the whole 9 yards.  Now he's asking for a sizable amount of money.  GO FIGURE!!!!

I have had this man who calls himself Carlos, emailing, phone calling for the last 5 months.  He told me that he is Italian/Spanish.  He's no more Italian than I am.  I do understand Italian, and I've thrown some Italian words at him, and he has no clue what I'm saying.  He told me that he is in the UK, but I have since found out that was not true.

Please be aware, there are such scammers out there, and unfortunately, they are Nigerian scammers who have a clan who all work together deceiving women.

oh.........I'm so sorry to hear that you lost money with this jerk.  I had the same experience.  They tell you exactly what you want to hear in an email, and they are professionals at deceit.  Probably Nigerians right in Toronto working together in a clan.  Again, sorry that this man broke your heart.  Believe me.....I know how that feels !!!

i believe this is the same man scamming my elderly Mom. Goes by the name of Angelo. Can someone please email the pic you have of him so I can verify. He says he is a soccer recruiter. Same thing happened to me.  I was only on match.com for exactly 3 days, and in those 3 days, come 2 men who were fine at first, but down the road, of course the old story..........MONEY !!!  If something looks good, it's probably not.  I will definitely remember that saying from now on.  Yes........I lost money with the second one, but it's a dear lesson that I learned and it's one that I won't be repeating.  Good luck !!!

That is him except with me he was a senior fund manager wiith Capital Fund International Investment .  His mother  "mum" as he calls her lives in Italy with her sister and daughter Angela lives in Milan going to school. Father was Spanish mother was Italian, moved to the states when he was 6.  Father and son died in a car crash and his wife died 10 years ago.  Mum dies and poor guy has make all the arrangements with the help of the doctor.  He has to borrow funds from co workers to pay expenses to bury her.  He is tried of traveling and wants to settle down you, wants to buy you a big house and ring.  Now that I think about it he is a big cry baby, alway poor me.  He is 6 feet, nice looking, brown graying hair with hazel eyes.  In one picture he is with a blond young woman his daughter another he is at a conference and several in front of old ruins.  From what I have read in previous messages the photos are all stolen and used in this scam.  Poor man who ever he is.  Tell your mother to block his calls and messages.  He has a reason or excuse for everything.  He is too good to be true.

OMG. I have been emailing back and forth with this very same man, EXCEPT he is going by the name Rex Beltran. He is originally from Italy. Has dual citizenship in Italy and the U.S. Lived in Germany for a time, people tell him he has a slight German accent. I can't believe it!! His father and son were killed in a car accident, his mother moved back to Italy. His daughter  is in Italy visiting her grandma. He now "works" for Capital Funds Investment. He left Texas on Thursday to go to England and will be back in 12 days and he will bring a bottle of wine all I have to do is let him know where I wanted to meet and he would be there. He has been a widower for 10 years, was married for 26 yrs. and I met him on ok Cupid. He also had me send him an email at rexbeltranslife@yahoo.com. His phone number is 214/631-9864. His emails were so long I couldn't keep track of what exactly he was talking about. He overwhelms you with these convoluted emails, hopping back and forth between love, his commitment to his job, he just overwhelmed me with words. His grammar at times was off a little but I thought he was from Italy and Germany,..understandable. I was beginning to buy into it, but not completely because I found my way here. He has a page on Facebook just his picture. It makes me feel like a fool, but at least he didn't get any money. That would have been impossible anyway because I don't have any
