Sorry WindsorWise, since I posted my message he has discontinued our correspondence. It may only be because I haven't answered his last two emails. I really don't think I want to revive the "relationship".
There is one opportunity, the Rich Dad info group is giving a seminar close to home and I was curious to see what they might know about him since he's used their name as a "reference".

Hmmmmm.  Wonder with all this communication, if we have got them scared to scam another person?  Would that not be wonderful?  Of course, we all know it isn't going to happen.  It's their profession so keep the postings up girls.

    Hi Ladies -

Thank you as well for this site.  This weekend I have received emails from a Chad Kreps that have seemed a little too good to be true. Then when I Googled him this information came up.  He found me through match.com as well.

One wants to be trusting - but if it is too good to be true it usually is!

I met this guy at match.com,  his name was Alnardo Michael Murray, from Fresno, CA.  He also went to Kent England,  he said  he worked for magellan investment.  He said he loved me,  I was the woman of his dream and he wanted to marry me.  He also said that his mother gave us her blessing and a week later she died.  Alnardo as he called himself said he was a widower for 10 year and wanted to be happy again.  He also said that he had 4 million dollars,  went to Dubia to get into a oil deal and he could make 11 million dollars on it.  I told him that he had enough to just think about us,  he said it would make our future a whole lot better.   He said that he had to spend $68,000 dollars to get the 11 million, then he had to get $17,000 to put in the bank to cover the 11 million, had spend his life savings of $68,000 that the 4 million was still in magallan investments,  he needed the $17,000,  but didn't have the $17,000,  if I could lent it to him, when I said that I didn't have it,  that was the END of ALL of his love letters.   He even sent letters from magallan investments and his e-mail was also malnardo@yahoo.com, what a scamm bag,  I hope he burns in HELL, for taking advantage of ALL these inosent woman with his sweet taking and promises and wanting to take there money.  I was  one of the the luck one,  I didn't believe in him, and didn't give him a penny.   I hope he gets caught real soon and never gets out of jail,  that dirt bag.

Maria, identical story to the one he gave me.  But I was the love of his life (ha ha).  He is a worthless piece of junk and he will pay one way or the other.  People like that are not allowed to life a normal life.  God will see to that.  Take care of yourself.  You would not believe all the things I could send you that this man sent me and said to me.  I wrote to Magellan but never got a response.  I don't think there really is a Magellan Investment International.  All of those documents from them came from this scammer and his associates.  We will get him--I promise you that.  FBI is on board and I hope you will report him also. The more the better.  I beat myself up for awhile because of my ignorance, but no more.  We are good, honest, ladies with open hearts.  We should never be ashamed of that.  Take care.

    lets stop this guy.

Name (at the moment)  James Denis Mounts

    current email:  mounts_jj05@yahoo.com

    Match name JOK212

I have notified match NOT to let him get a trial version where he sends out hundred of emails phishing for someone unsuspecting.  Then, when you go to match to look him up, his trial his ended or what he says is:

"Once I found you, my true love, I quit Match because I know we are meant to be together always."

Note to all:  When their English is broken, or tenses or punctuation off, BE WARY.  I
ASK QUESTIONS.  If someone doesn't answer them directly in your next email, cut them out.

Does anyone know what his end game is?

When I googled him,  nothing came up.  Is there a way to scam alert him directly?  If you know how, please do.   And pass the word along.

Yes, he will string you along for quite awhile with the love letters and convincing you that you are the true love of his lfe.  Then, he wlll eventually partner with some millionaires into a big investment and use all his life savings.  That's when he will start asking you for money.  It took him about 3 months with me before all the money requests started pouring in.  He will make you feel like a dog because by then he is convinced that you are madly in love with him and he just won't understand why you won't help him.  He can be VERY convincing - even to the point of sending false documents showing his investment shares, etc.  PLEASE, ladies, don't be fooled by this creep.  He is sooooooo good at what he does.  Glad you notified match.  I will report this new "alias" to the FBI along with the string of other ones that they have.

A man using username Hutch4  60 year old man from Pasadena Texas.
There are just too many discrepancies to ignore between his matchdotcom profile and his two emails so I decided to do a google search and found this site.
His email address is (michaelivon AT yahoo DOT com) The first time he emailed he signed his name Michael Ivon the second email was signed Magdaleno Michael Ivon.
Says he's a Fund Manager currently attached to Maxindex investment international as a Senior Consultant Fund Manager. Said he is a trained educationist and learnt the Fund Management trade under Robert Kiyosaki. He said he worked seven years speaking on investing, fund management and teaching people how to benefit from the content of Kiyosaki's three major books, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Dad's CASHFLOW Quadrant, and Rich Dad's Guide to Investing. Magdaleno Michael Ivon calims that Kiyosaki offered him a position with Maxindex investment International. He said he worked with them for 6 years before return to the US.
He says he likes seeing soccer, movies and listening to music, going to the beach. He claims have climbed a mountain at Dublin.
I just checked his profile again and the city is now Hutchinson, Kansas, United States.
He has not asked for money but then I have not replied to his second email. I'm so glad I came here!!

Hi, yes, if the story sounds familiar with all the posts on here, then trust me--it's the same guy.  He has several women going at the same time under different "aliases".  I can send you the pictures he sent me when I was his flavor of the month for about 4 months but he steals a different picture with each woman.  The pictures that some of you have sent me are not the same one's that he sent me.  But, believe me--it's the same scum bag doing it all.  Take care and don't be scammed by him, please!!!

I received a very similar email last week. The only thing different is that he wrote that his son was living in Italy with his mum. He signed his name as Magdelano Michael Ivon.
He sent more photos without my request. He hijacked my Match.com account so I had to call and close my account then i called my credit company and closed my account. Match.com gave me a refunded  and told me not to use the same user name and to change my password.
It's a good thing I decided to Google the name Magdelano Michael Ivon. That's how I found this site.

    Ladies,

I too was nearly scammed by an individual calling himself M (for Magdaleno)Michael Dinero. He first contacted me last July but when he told me he was in Fresno CA, I politely wrote him back that there must be some mistake as I lived and worked in the DC metro area;that it was too bad to because I liked what I saw and knew that MaxIndex Intrnational was a hugh international investiment company. He was supposedly a senior funds manager brokering million dollar deals. He said he had no problem re-locating for love as he was a widower.  I never answered then, but low and behold he showed up again in lateOct/early Nov. and we communicating regularly...every day in fact up until last week. Only difference with me is actually said that his Italian mom, "mama michael' actually "died" while we were communicating.I have an Italian surname soIpresumehe feltI would relate. He had not yet asked me for money.  I always checked out evrything he said and found the companies and even the plane reservations he booked on KLM  to come to me  were legite...that is until he cancelled them and then went underground when I did not give him the money he supposedly needed me to wire him to finish this multi-million dollar deal and return to the States so that we could meet. He wanted t ostart hisown business.I am currently a senior Government official but have started and owned my own small business in the past so I could relate to his passion of wanting to start his own businessvery easily.

Unfortunately I found the local police fraud unit less than helpful and like a rape victim felt like I was the one they were suspicious of.  I then went to the Chief of Security at my Agency...he was former FBI and Secret Service.  Because I had saved all the correspondence (and maybe because of the position I hold) the Chief didn't doubt me for a minute and immediately starting trying to reach the police officer assigned to me.  The next day I got a call from tthe local police division I was assigned to and the officer-in-charge whohad cometomy housethe first time. He apologized for not calling me back for several days and wanted to know if my funds were indeed secure and I was all right because this name  WAS known to them and he is NOTworking alone!!!! . He then admitted to me that our Agency's Head of Security had called him and I can only guess but assume he was called to task.
Since my divorce over 25 years ago and raising my wondrful daughter as a single mom I hadn't dated anyone who really intrested me and had long long ago decided I would never re-marry. We always learn from our mistakes.  I learned a very hard lesson this time and got hurt emotionally because for once in decades I listened to my heart and not my science-trained brain that always must be shown that a fact must be proven to be evidence-based before it can carry any weight.

We all learned something from this and while we might carry some emotional scars we are stronger!
