This number calls 3 to 4 times a day and never leaves a message

I'm getting calls from 3015759366 and they never leave a msg, always shows up as unavailable.  Privacy acts do not allow numbers to be given out from your medical records however, we may have signed or agreed to some sort of survey at the pharmacy or at our inital visit at the doctors office allowing them to call.

My girl friend was in the hospital 2 weeks ago , last week she started getting calls from this # the first one they just asked what color panties she had on, other than that they never say anything  just heavy breathing sometimes.
She has a new phone and the hospital was one of the very few to get the #,

This number keeps on calling and when you answer the phone they wont say anything and they hang up.

They asked about the quality of care during a recent hospital stay. They are hired to get feedback to improve the quality of care by medical providers.  I don't mind giving them my two cents worth of time if it helps quality control in the future.

This number, 301-575-9366 came in with the title Healthstream Research. Didn't leave a message, I didn't answer.

I can appreciate what you are doing with regards to "research", however, the people you call "at random" should have a choice in declining these calls!  I am paying so much money each month to the phone company for an "unlisted" number for a reason.  There is WAY too much personal information being passed around out there and some of us do NOT like it.  When I get calls and no one bothers to leave a messge, I will not answer the phone the next time they call, that is what an answering machine is for.  Also, I have made the choice of OPTING OUT of these annoying calls for personal reasons that are NONE of anyone's business!  
There are several OTHER ways to get people's opinions and such without constatnly calling them at all hours and not having the smarts to leave a message.  You must figure that if a call back name and number is left, you marketers will not get a response at all.  If I have something to say to the medical community or the healthcare industry in this country, I will direct it to the ones that count and can make a rectification or change, NOT to annoying calls being made from people I do not know or trust.
I give out NO information over the phone to anyone, because I trust no one in today's society of mistrust and untruths.

To all the telemarketers, survey takers and the political pests that call with campaign pushing, stop your calling!!
People do not want to be bothered with your unwanted calling and speeches. We are busy and don't have the time to listen to it all, it is bad enough that it clogs up the airwaves and the newspapers. Same old untruths that never change!
If I want information, I will seek it out myself, I do not need, nor want, all your annoying calls and "requests" for "contributions". I will not answer any "surveys" over the phone to strangers I do not know nor trust.
Who pays for all this? It all boils down to the consumer that eventually pays the tab in the long run!
Find another way to get your answers and leave us alone. The information you are using to contact us is personal and should be protected by the HIPAA Act! Ha!

I got a call from 301-575-9366 but I didn't answer and they left no message.  Funny, because my phone number is brand new and I have not given it to anyone.

thanks carol from 7/11/2008 with that great paragraph of proaganda. We all no thats not right they are calling and calling anc calling. doesnt matter if they are nice or rude or telemarkaters. they are calling me when i am at work. I dont want the calls no matter what the purpose is and the obviouse rudeness that has been projected to other writer on this site is more then enough reason for me to not answer and report them if they call me one more tiem.

Your auto-dialer needs tuning as I keep getting calls with nobody there but a click when I answer. I never participate in phone research and would like the opportunity to tell someone that.

Yes, HIPAA laws protect you by preventing the HIPAA complient businesses from giving out your information unless you have given them permission to do so.

I got this call to, no message...

They called to ask me, if I would answer a survey about some out-patient treatment I recieved at a local hospital.

Then they had the wrong dates, wrong condition and treatment.
I asked them not to call back.
Usually I never speak to these telephone people.
I let my guard down and made an exception here.
I won't make that mistake again.

I got it too, but on my cell phone. No message.  I am in NY but used to live in Maryland where the number originates (Have MD DL, but no idea how they would have my NY cell #) . It looks like others that put down location are also in MD. It would be interesting to know if everyone on here that was called by them is in or from MD.

Sorry didn't realize people posted CID as Laurel MD not that that's where they live. I recently had surgery. It seems like hospitals are using them to do follow-up surveys.
