Received call at work,left no message, and said caller unknown. Also this is the fourth call

Received a call 12:35 PM Central from this number, did not answer but they rolled over to messages and ran out the timer with no message.

Who. would call from that number

Health stream. I was informed by my health provider that I would receive a call from them. They are often contracted by health care providers to do quality/customer service calls. If not for the sign at my local clinic I would not have answered. I did answer and they were very nice and did not try to sell me anything or mine personal information.

I am a care-giver for my sister-in-law and we live in the same house. After she came home from after a 4-1/2 day stay in the hospital, we started getting phone calls (8:30- 9:30 am). I don't know how this can happen on the type of landline phone I have, but the phone rings and rings a lot longer than it should and my voice mail doesn't kick in. The first time I answered this call, a woman said she wanted to talk to my sister-in-law about the kind of health care she received while in the hospital, and that this was a survey. I believe she said it was associated with Medicare. I explained to this lady that I am the care-giver and POA and she should talk to me. This is when she got snotty, and told me she wants to talk to my sister-in-law only and NOT to me and that she would call back. We did receive more calls, but we didn't answer them. After reading the other reviews, I will block this number ( a really great feature on my Panasonic cordless phone ). Still wondering how this place found out about the hospital stay?
