I use a block app called mr number. These people won't stop calling do I blocked them. The app is free.  

I do not want these calls. I am on the do not call list!!!

I'am on the national no call list for my cell and home phone. Yet I still get two to three calls a day on both my cell and home line. What was the point

Just out of the hospital, these people claimed to be with the hospital and medical organization I was in, which was a total lie. They totally misrepresented themselves from the very beginning. I thought it was odd, getting a Maryland area code & I live in Oregon. I wonder how in the World did they get my cell phone number? They actually knew more about my hospital visit than I did. (My memory isn't perfect anymore!)  I did not give out any information and after several minutes of trying to get them to identify themselves, I hung up on them. I am glad I found this forum. Just Googled their phone number, this is great finding out the ttruth. I plan on calling my doctor & the hospital tomorrow morning, I gave no one permission to give out any info about me.

I got a call from that number today, while I was not at home.  They had not left any message for me.  I have been wondering all day about it.

I have been in the ER and Hospital a few times this past month.  

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number and when I called the: 800-473-1771 (at 11:00AM EST this morning) to have my number removed:  I got a message saying "that for an Insurance Quote Press 1 and to speak to a Customer Service Rep press 2."  

I pressed 2 and got another message saying the Office is currently closed and to please call back between our Normal Business Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30 EST.  WTF?

I use an application on my Cell phone called Privacy Star, this app allows me to block numbers and even file complaints.

This number has been calling me. They let the phone ring and ring and ring and ............... I tried to call them back from info I found above and you get a recording and they say you can wait for an operator. I let it ring and ring and ring and.....no answer. If they call again I will answer, and I will check with our state's attorney general.

they wont take me off there list. I get about 4 calls a day somedays from this company.

This "legit" company NEVER leaves a message...how do we know it's actually legit? No doctor I've been to has mentioned this company, or that they'd be calling my house repeatedly. No one here has been in the hospital, so this doesn't apply. Why get so defensive? People have a right to not be bombarded by survey calls. If they want to get ahold of us so badly for their "survey," they can mail us something but since no one here's been in the hospital, this really doesn't apply.

I applaud all consumers who ask questions and report things here-and don't appreciate the tone of your message.

Have gotten 8 calls from this number in 1 DAY! Reporting and placing on DNC online and on my phone.

They have been calling my number looking for my husband. I finally answered and they said they were taking a survey on behalf of a hospital. I told them to take my number off their call list and said thanks and hung up.

This is a hospital survey research company. Hospitals hire them to assess the quality of care delivered. I've had several phone calls from the last few months.

They left no message on my voice mail but you could tell from the background noise it was a call center.

Got this call today, but didn't pick up. If it really is health stream it is a hospital survey. It's on the consent form that you sign whenever u go to the hospital

The only way for them nor to call you is when you register for a procedure tell them you don't want to be contacted by the survey.

This number calls 3 times a day and doesnt leave a message. It actually calls me and my husband.

Received a call from this Health stream/ survey at 2:40 pm on Monday, 9-8-14. Claimed they were calling in regard to hospitals, etc. for a survey. The automated robotic voice is female, extremely difficult to hear and follow. The automated voice breaks up so listening to it telling you it will call back because wouldn't you know... all their operators... err, I mean robo spammers are very busy dialing other random phone numbers and there's nobody there to take your important call. There is absolutely no LIVE person on the other end to chew out. Secondly, I never heard my phone ring once when they called my number. So if you receive a call from 301-575-9366 it is highly likely it will come from some bogus survey wanting to know about hospitals, etc.

Got a call but no message. If this is still a health care survey, I don't like the idea that my healthcare provider is giving out my cell phone number. Caller ID says the call originated from MD.
