Complain call

Looked at caller ID and saw it was from Omaha Nebraska - seeing as I don't know anybody there I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know, but I did just in case a Warren Buffet  was looking to give out some of his money and said if this isn't Warren Buffet please hang up - they did- I don't think they'll call back.

I got this phone callings twice without leaving message.

Received a call from this number. Caller said he was conducting a survey on behalf of a Bank ref  a call made by me to the bank. I did not feel comfortable so I started questioning him. I guess he thought I was going to be a difficult respondent. He thanked me and hung up. I am on DO NOT CALL.

Called me 6/12/2014 twice.  Leaves no message

July 23, 2014  1715 hours   The caller did not identify herself and wanted to know if I received email  from Citi bank regarding issue which sound vey vague.  When I asked who she is she told me she is calling in connection with Citi bank.  When I ask her what issue she just told me have a nice day and hang up.

Just received another call from this company.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  They have called several times in the last several weeks.

I don't recognize the # and no msg left.

No message.constant calls.stop calling me

They have called twice today no message left and all it shows up on house phone is Convergys corpo.If it was important they would leave a message because I do not answer numbers I don't reconize.

They are calling my cell in the AM on Saturday when I still sleep! Scam! Be aware and report them!

I asked how they got my number. wouldn't answer. they said they were anthem. I asked for their number. They said they don't have a direct number.  I cussed em out and hung up and reported them. file a complaint

Got a call at 5:41 Pacific Time.
No message. I never call back no message - unfamiliar area code calls.

I have gotten calls from this number for the past 3 or 4 days.  Finally I answered it, ready to blast them.  Turns out it was a group hired by Blue Cross/Blue Shield that does surveys on their customer service. It is a Telemarketers group I could hear all kinds of noise in the background.  My guess is a couple of legit operations and other questionable telemarketers.
They wanted to know about the service I received from BC/BS on my recent phone call to them.
I'm sure BC/BS shield will not be happy with the result of my survey, because although the woman I spoke with at Customer service was very nice and sympathic - I'm afraid I really fouled up her written survey that she had to follow.  She didn't have ratings low enough, and I insisted on giving her the description of their incompetence.  The BC/BS service to their clients STINKS and I let her know that during the next year I will be looking for another carrier.
