I just received 3 calls from this phone number (402) 491-2800 for the last 3 evenings between 8:27-8:30 pm with no voice messages. Anyone else hear of this number? I heard it was to some assisted living center in Nebraska

Called several times, hang up, no message. I am also on the do not call list.

Call was a survey for Citibank

The call I received today was to ask questions about my Citibank Platinum Master Card.  The person asked me 5 questions on my use of the card and to give a point rating from 1-10 on each point.

It appears to me that this is a company engaged in doing surveys for various companies as I have received other calls from the same number and the survey was on different subjects.

I got this call also, no message left either but at least the left their number  and info of the corp on the caller ID . I hate when I get those unknow caller numbers , that don't leave a number or their info. (name)

2 calls received so far. one on Friday and the other on Saturday. I never picked up.

The name of the company is Convergys.  They are not telemarketing.  You were receiving a market research call to do a survey.  If you received the call on your cell phone, you can file a complaint with the FCC, as companies are banned from using predictive dialers to call cell phones.  The Do Not Call list doesn't apply, as it is not a telemarketing company.  If you want to call and complain to someone in the company, you can call the CEO, Dave Dougherty, or you can call the two people in charge of market research (Mike Cholak and Robin Zentmeyer).  If you really want to discourage these calls, you should call the clients that they are doing surveys for to let them know how much you don't appreciate the persistent phone calls.  This company figures that you are all too lazy and stupid to do anything about these calls.  Make your complaints known.

If you read all the way THROUGH the "DO Not Call" user agreement that you paid good money too, you will find they do in fact SELL you phone number to all sorts of paying companies. I had to report the Police union (those windshield stickers supporting your local police), some 6 dozen times before they stopped calling me three and for times a day EVERY day.

this number has called me several times and then goes to voicemail no message . but when i called it back voice operated recording says it cant be reached from my calling area

Asked the missus if anyone called. She said what sounded like a telemarketer called before 8. This number reached my wife at 7:11 p.m. Friday night, and was told I wasn't here. Asked when I would be and was told during the day. Said they'd call back tomorrow night - which she thought was dumb, since she told the caller I would be here during the day. Maybe they'll call back. I'll leave her an air horn.

I was getting these calls very late. Used a few simple techniques and found out the problem is "Marketing Research Services Inc", the CEO's name is Randy Thaman, home number is 513-232-2634, and the president is Todd Earhart or Carhart, lol, can't remember, his home phone number is 513-573-0003. Call their wives and complain, especially after hours, and I'll bet your numbers will be removed immediately too...............PS - their main office number for MRSI is 1-800-SAY-MRSI (729-6774). Or call 513-579-1555. Cincinnati, Ohio I think. Give em a taste of their own medicine. Good luck.

Got a call on my cell from 402-491-2800 at 9AM on a Thursday... wouldn't have minded half so much if it wasn't Lincoln's Birthday and I didn't have the day off! It's really nice to be woken up by a B.S. call. I'm on the do-not-call registry too. I tried texting the number but the text I send literally disappears from my phone about a minute after I send it!

I didnt recognize name and #.Caller left no message.My number is also on the do not call list.

I have received calls from this number intermittently for the past 2 months or so (usually during business hours). One time I answered and got a rude Spanish-speaking lady on the other line who seemed annoyed that she couldn't understand me. Bizarre!

It is a scam to get your personal and financial info. Do not answer. Do not return call. Block the number.

I keep getting calls from this number. They do not leave a msg. I am on the no call list. I tried calling the number back, but it says it has been disconnected.
