May 17th <>We are confused why this company, which is probably phony and a scam artist, calls people after 7pm. Then when you ask them a question they hang up on uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. Just started getting calls from this number on my cell.   This is the second weird number that is calling me now.   How is this legal when I'm on the Do Not Call list?

Called me at 7:30 pm Friday and 8:15 pm on Sunday.  I never picked up and they didn't leave a message.

I have been receiving calls from 402-491-2800...the phone id says Nebraska....I don't answer the phone if I don't know who is calling...so they manage to leave their phone off the hook...so that I cannot make any calls...I got 3 calls tonight...and tomorrow I will be calling the Federal Trade Commission...tel: 877 382 4357 to make a complaint against them...do call them if they call you...this has nothing to do with the No Call List (I spoke to them) ...they directed me to the Federal Trade Commission......this abuse and harassment has got to stop....

I'm in area code 515, Iowa, USA.  I received a call from this number, 8:40 PM Sunday evening. They did not leave a message.  I am on the 'Do Not Call' list.

I got the same call 2 days ago, no message and I dont answer any calls because of whats been going on to me and who knows how many others about a guy who calls and tries to sue you and all that. Honestly I think it has been the same guy and I am getting sick of it. Something has to be done

I've been bombarded by strange calls all holiday season.  I never answer, just *60.

I had received a few calls from this number,for the past few days. I just went to my Time Warner acct. and blocked the number, very simple. Even a cave man can do it:o) Of course, still complain to those numbers and people provided, here on these pages. I will do that too. There is absolutely no reason why we can't have peace in our own homes. Make those compliants. But, please check with your home phone company to see if they have such offers as Time Warner does. I am hoping it works. You can add up to 30 numbers on your phone block list. Maybe, your cell phone company offers this service as well. Good luck.

I have received calls from this number for the past three nights, all between 7pm and 7:30pm. They are calling my cell phone, which is listed on the Do Not Call registry. I do not answer and they do not leave a message. I have filed complaints each night with Convergys, Qwest (their provider) and the FCC with no response. As long as the calls continue, I will continue my complaints.
