Got a call from this number for the first time yesterday. Caller ID read CONVERGYS CORP - which, I think, is a legitimate marketing group. But after reading the other reports for this number, I'm not taking any chances. . . I'm blockin' 'em!

recieved a call from this number while at work so i missed it. the only thing on my caller id was the number with no name or voicemail. thought it was harmless than found this site. shocking to find out its been happening for 6 years

If you continue to receive calls despite being on the Do Not Call list, you can, and should, file a complaint.  Be advised, though, the Do Not Call list exempts surveyors.

Convergys Corp., 402-491-2800, called my home at 8:30 last night.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Marketers should not be calling me, especially so late at night.  I was already falling asleep when the phone rang.

Received a call from these [***] at 7:33 pm on a Friday night.   I called the number back from a blocked line and it's some dopey marketing company.  Most likely if you bought something on the internet, that company probably sold your information and this is the result: f**king annoying calls.

This is a collection agency wanting to get people to do surveys about products.

Convergys Corpo on caller ID. survey scam .Don't answer.

Received a call from 402-491-2800. Called ID said Nebraska. She immediately asked if she was talking to me on my cell phone. I said yes, and I have no idea how you got this number. She said their computers randomly generate numbers and wanted me to take a survey on the level of customer service I receive at my local pharmacy. I asked her to remove my number and told her I wasn't interested in participating in a survey. She said "well this survey will be a good way to voice your opinion" I again stated that I wasn't interested in participating in a survey and asked her to remove my number. Frustrating...random computer-bot generated calls.

402-491-2800 called my house tonight.  Caller ID says Convergys Corporation.  Wikipedia gives this information about Convergys Corp.  Based on this, sounds like a for-hire call center for various different businesses.  No one I need to speak with at any time.

This number called me on tuesday evening nov. 26,'13. My cell is on a " do not call"  list so I do not know how they got my number. I concider this a form of harassment and as such Iwill report it to the BBB and my State Attorney General's office for harassing phone calls.

Got a call, just long enough to make my phone ring, me jump, and not long enough to answer. I was near my computer and not recognizing the number thought, look it up, and found pages of listings of people complaining and being harassed by this number. No one should have my number, I'm also on the 'do not call list' and I'd really like to know how someone I don't know got my number. Violates privacy and on top of that is annoying.

The company ask me what color underwear and brand that I wear.
I ask how they got my cell phone number and they couldn't give me a answer.
I immediately cursed at them and hung up.

I can't believe all you people spending all this time trying to find out who "Nebraska" is on their caller ID.  Just don't answer the dang call and let it go.  Seriously.....get a life.

They called at 8:30 pm on a Friday night.  Read out said Convergys Corp. I don't answer calls like this.

No msg!  Another annoying phone call from no one i know!

My phone at work shows a missed call last night at 8:30 pm from 402-491-2800. No message left. Not sure how they got an unlisted, internal business line. I do some work with tradeshow exhibit companies, so one of them probably sold my phone number on a list.
