always get a call from this number. finally picked it up. told me that he is calling in behalf of the bank. i told the operator if there is anything i need from my bank, i will personally contact my branch. don't give any personal info.

first call - a man asked me if I worked at Citifinancial. I said yes but actually not.
2nd call - he asked for my wife - I said she was at work. How she got my wife's name.
3rd call - it called us on Nov 11; 8:45pm. We answered but the other line is just quiet.

I am an employee at said compay we are very much legit we represent RBC they are the ones who prepare the survey and give us stricked guide lines to adhare to . The reason that sometimes there is a pause or silenece on the phone is that Virtual Call Centre program which is our autodilaler is not the newist of systems and often malefunctions , this being said it chimes when your number comes up on my screen and your info along with your telephone number the bank has on it file comes up . We can only speak to the person listed regardless if its joint if the person who picks up the phone is not listed we can not proceed and we make a call back appoiment with the calander section option at the bottom of our screen usually for the next day unless indcated by the customer otherwise. IF you want to speak to a live person aka a supervisior you can call 416-233-8548 and speak to our receptionist Roanne who will the director your call to one of our daytime supervisiors Bradley or Helen during the day or our night time supervisors at 228 # Daniel , Renee ,Rachelle , or Fraser or Anne or Maya and they can put you on our dnc list . As for dnc list that does not apply to Market research surveys because we are not selling you anything or trying to get personal account info off of you ,I hope this has help and again we our ligit and on behalf of Market PRob we apologize for any innconvience we have caused you.

Survey - Feedback on Purloator Courier service

I would like to report that I have received phone calls from this number several times and when I checked it on the net, found that other people have had the same experience.

this number has called me three times today.

received call at 6:02pm local time from ontario asking if I could talk a short (2 minute) survey on behalf of rbc.
Asked if I had been to my branch in the last month.I said no. they hung up.

phone call from Ontario - 416-233-0047 - no answer and very faint voices in background - most annoying - I am on the Do Not Call national registry and have an unlisted number - highly annoying.

ansewered the call was conected..but no one said anything..so i hung up..azzholes..

This number keeps calling the office I work for, asking for the owner of the office by her name. When I tell them that she's not available and ask to take a message, they hang up. They have called every single day for the last week. Extremely irritating.

If you are actually an employee of the company using this number, you may want to check your spelling and grammar before posting an "explanation" and an "apology".

I got  a call but hung up. No idea who it was!

Yes I have just received a call from that number. A female voice at the other end said Hello! a few times and nothing else. I replied with Hello, but the response was simply another Hello then complete silence. Very strange.

And they called me on a Saturday morning when I was sleeping in. Not appreciated !.

answered, but all i heard was a busy office background with typing.

the person hung up on after five seconds.

Received a call from this company .. not sure how they got my number.

Market Probe Canada - Goes to great length to say they are not telemarketers but rather market researchers.  She gives a 1-877 number to call near the end of her message if you'd like to talk to someone and says don't bother to leave a message at the tone as it won't be answered.
**If they're so interested in doing research why do they hang up when you answer?**

Market probe or whoever these people are phone me every night.  These people need to be taken to task, I mean seriously.  Something serious needs to happen to these people.  I wounder if they would like to be  harassed at their home every night.
