- no name| 3 repliesyou guys, that marketing call on behalf on rbc is a legitimate survey company, if they say there will be personal acct information being used, then their wont be. if then ask for personal private acct info then it's different. rbc DOES have outside companies conducting surveys because they want to know how their customer service is. it is not a scam!! let the ppl on the other line talk, then decide if you want to continue or not with the damn survey. again, it is a legitimate company just doing a SURVEYYY nothing more! realax!!
- SmellaScamWeird call. Sounds like the person is saying, Are you my ni&&a? on voice mail. Will definitely not pick up when this number is displayed.
- Caller: Unsure
- pierre replies to PaulI too recieved a call from this number. they asked for me by name screwing up my last name as usual but they talked to my step daughter and she said I was not in and they would call back. i tried calling this number from my cell repeatedly and always busy then no answer. the only company to have my new phone in the last week is RBC....

- going crazy with these stupied calls replies to anonymouslooks like this last reply may work for one of these outbound call centers, well lady, or man, get a f *en life, we very busy people have more to do with our time than sit around doing some survey that will take an hour to complete, listening to some stupied ass on the phone ramble on. Loss our numbers, get a real job, and get a life, stop bothering us people.
so you think you are the only people who put theirself through school, i did all by myself, and while i was doing it i didn't have to bother anyone.
Don't you people just get the f*** hint.
GO AWAY! - West CoastJust got a call. When answered I heard some ruffling noise as if someone was there and then after several hellos from me they hung-up.
- MKDI got a call five times from this number today - I did do some banking with RBC this week though. No voicemails were left.
- PleaseDon'tCall replies to Market ResearcherYou are a Market Researcher, it's your job - that you get paid for - to research. It's my right to tell you that I want my peace and privacy and don't want to be disturbed again. What's wrong with Market Probe Canada calling? Not much, they're just another annoying research/survey company. But when they call using a number that doesn't give the "researched" the convenience to call back and tell them that they don't want to receive calls from them again, that's a problem. I'm sure if we want our voice to be heard, we will find ways to do so. I only find it creepy and suspicious when someone from Market Probe Canada called me to perform a client satisfaction survey and this person knows my full name, the name of my company, and also knows that "this is the name registered for the company". What else does he know? I don't remember him saying he was doing a survey on behalf of the RBC. But then I am a client of the RBC! I did call Market Probe Canada (416-233-1555, ext 228 for the "supervisor") and left a message to have my number deleted from their call list. I will also call the RBC and ask them what this is about. What a waste of time and energy. Market research should be done in a less annoying manner. Phoning people doesn't work any more. All I think of you market researchers and telemarketers is just one word - nuisance!
- RalphOct 6/10 received a call at supper time. Caller did not identify him/herself. Voices in the background. Sounds like a "boiler room". Very annoying!
- T replies to Kevin| 1 replyGot a call during the day on my cell!!!! Called the number bellow and told them to remove my number. At first they asked my full name and I said I am not giving that to you, you contacted myt on my cell you can locate my number the same way and that if I recieve any more calls from their company I will take further action.
