I just got the exact email from a Dr. Chris Morgan, although the email address was from a Dr. David Carroll. this idiot signed the first one David Morgan and the 2nd David Carroll. Was suspicios from the moment I saw it. I've heard about these scams - anyone whois willing to send money and rent an apartment without seeing it is suspicious! what a loser! I just hope people dont fall for this! See the messages below. Of course the first thing I did was good this guy and it brought me to this blog... ahhh the wonders of internet!!!

I've just got an offer to rent my condo from this Dr. Kovac James too.  Told him he would have to sign in person... now am sorry I sent him a response at all.

From what I can tell... don't trust this guy.

I just received 2 messages, exactly the same as those which have been posted.  I can't believe that I actually believed this and have been scramming to move everything out of my place in one week in anticipation of their arrival.  I am so glad that I decided to google Dr. James Kovac's name since it started seeming a little fishy.  This is my first experience with Craigslist...now I'm scared...this man has my name, phone number, email, address...I was completely fooled.  How stupid! Now I feel like I HAVE to move ASAP.

Got exact same scam message for place in Davis CA.  This is the second type of scam message that I have gotten in a few days.  Don't trust anyone who is outside of country.  Expect to get these from Craigslist.

I got an exactly email  today in new jesery. Then i found out he is doing the same things  to many people over 2 years. So I had forwarded this web site to him, let him know many people know what is he doing. He is such a  stupid looser. Maybe he lives in  a third world country......he doesn't know how powerful of the Internet !

Got same email but from Dr. Richard Moore   he went as far as sending me a check to handle his apt. furniture delivery.  Wanted me to money gram $3520 to Delores Miles  6700 Bertner Ave. Houston, Tx 77002 for furniture after I cashed his check for $8,500  He even sent conformation from Kelly Willy @ newhome furniture
