Got a James Kovac email from an add I placed on Craigslist.  Def a scam name....Not planning on responding but sure wish there was an agency we could send this info to so this could be stopped.

I strongly believe our deal is still on and we'd get through with it.  The check will be delivered to your address today, I just need you to check your mail box where you normally receive parcel deliveries. I guess more appreciation can be done in person soon because it takes faithfulness for things like this to work which I believe you can handle.

1. MTCN number (10digit code on the receipt)
2. Total Amount Sent after deducting the sending charges
3. Sender's name and address as used in sending the money.

I got the same email expressing interest on our listing...same general info about being in UK (Middlesex, London) and landing an EPA private research contract for a year.  Asked about measurements to order funiture...and having a fanancier to send me money.  This time he calls himself "Dr Richard Dawson".  Thanks for your postings...confirming what I expected

I got an email from Dr. Matthew Moreno from Milan Italy and an email from Dr. Marvin Slotte. So glad I smelled a rat and googled these names. I only rent my unit for school semesters and was clear about that in my ad. Yet these two still replied with an almost identical scenario. BEWARE
