they call about once a week, I anwer and they hang up after about ten seconds. perhaps break in artists trying to find out where who or what lives in the house? Next time I will use my old man voice and see if they would like to visit so that I can bake a cake.

Calls are coming from Allegiance Telecom Of Michigan appears to come from Warren off 13 mile road. When investigated location it is a no admission 2nd floor Com center. They also have a location in Southfeild, Mi. Receptionist said that Police have been called out for strange calls from this location along with 911 calls?????!!!!!!.....

I get a cal from 5862833000 I know its a scam let me  know if you can help to stop it, I looked it up online and a lot of other people have the same problem. if you call the number back no answer they ask when you will be home to get your package.

They call often and never say anything. The phone never rings when you call them back... Very interesting. Sounds like we need to all report this!!! There is something going on here!

This is America's Professional Services Association. You can call them at 800 898-8282 and tell them to stop calling you. You might get voicemail -- just keep calling back and Monica will answer. Every time their voicemail picks up they get billed, so call early, call often.

I asked them to stop calling 3 months ago after the last round of their crap, and they called me back again today. I've found a report from another annoyed callee with the same story, so they might still call you again later.
They claim to be a non-profit, but they clearly sell products.

I to have received these calls from 586-283-300 early in the morning.  Has anybody out there had any one on one contact with them at their home? What was the outcome? Did they leave you a business card? What does it say?  Lets all book appointments at the same time!  HA!  It does appear to be a scam that is targeting seniors. Especially the elderly who might get confused easily. If your as annoyed as I am about this we all need to report this the Michigan Attorney General.

I recieved a phone call 2 days ago from this number asking when I will be home and I reported it to my local police and they are going to keep a close eye on my neighborhood.

APSA is rated A+ on the BBB. Unsure how that can happen, but they are.

I have heard rumors of people paying the BBB for a good rating, maybe that is how they got one!

5862833000 called me AGAIN this morning at 8:30 am.   They call me all hours and days and are very disruptive.  I complained to the FCC, I guess it is time for the attorney general next.   I don't answer when they call, I screen all my calls.  I can block numbers with no caller ID but theirs says "Michigan Call".

I just recieved this call asking me if i am going to be home tomorrow. i wasn't sure what it was about but i said yes! then i searched the number and found out that i was not the only one they called and this call is a scam! i called it back and to no avail nobody answered! what a surprise! WATCH OUT FOR THIS CALL AND REPORT IT!

I received a call from 586-283-3000.  There was no one on the other end of the line, so I just hung up.

Hey it could be worse this f-ing company has somehow linked its number to my home telephone number - address - and name - I receive multiple calls every day while I am at work screaming at me - I have done the police thing, bbb, comcast, information, online internet criminal reporting and the state and everyone says because they did not steal my identity only linked to my information they can't do anything - We are at the point we will have to change our number but scared to do it thinking that people could still show up at our home thinking this is us. These people need to be STOPPED!

There is a free telephone answering program called Phone Tray, google it.  You can program it to ZAP these kinds of calls and any others you choose,  the phone will ring once and then the caller will hear a recorded message that says "we do not accept telemarketing calls."  You can program specific numbers or IDs like "out of area", or "private" or "toll free".  I have this number programmed into mine and it works everytime.

This number has called my home numerous times in the last year. They just called a few minutes ago and hung up when I answered - after a moment of hesitation. They have called many times and do not respond, they hang up when I answer, nor ldo they eave a message when I let it go to voice mail.
