I just received a call from this number too!  It just said "Michigan Call".  I did not answer and they hung up when they got our answering machine.  I called back but nothing happened.  The phone didn't even ring.  The call just sat without doing anything.

Received this call 3 times in 4 hours all they do is hang up. I called the number back and it doesn't even ring.

Keep getting calls from them. 3-4 times a day.  No one there!  I called their number but it just went dead.

Just tried to call it back again.  This time I get.This is not a working number.  How can it not be working when they just called me?  This is a Michigan Number.

For the last couple days I got the call from this number and they asked if I am going to be home on Monday,because they are going door to door to deliver some packages. After a while I hanged up. Most of the time they call in the evening.

They call all the time and never leave a message.  When I return the call, it doesn't ring.

I just got called (again) by APSA's nicer representative, who caught me in a lesser mood. I took one for the team when answering and mentioned that we'd been aware of their pitch here at 'whocallsme'.

Declining any discount on something I don't want or need, I wish I had more time to say how well we understand the shadow-method of disguising a for-profit sales network as a benevolent 'association' offering a supposed 'discount' on something with no price standards or guidelines. Only an expert on one of their 'services' would ever recognize a good value, and I agree that these folks are trolling for the gullible to put sales pressure on them. Their 'biz' is to cash in on playing people for stupid.

Just as on the internet, 'FREE' means "we have what you want", but only the first 'click' is free. After that, there's still no free lunch and everything has its price. I'm wise enough to know one doesn't save much by spending, no matter how broadly we (mis)define the word 'save'. Coupons exist largely to urge us to buy overpriced (advertised) items vs those of better value. A 'discount' just doesn't always come printed, but the same applies. DON"T OPEN YOUR DOOR TO THESE HIGH-PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE. Thanks anyway, "I'll call YOU!" (Mebbe they'll quit calling me now, but I don't think I slowed them down any for your sake. Sorry for the rant...)

I received the call from this number and hung up on me.  I tried calling the number back several times and it never even rang.  WTF?!!!

You can call the number back and use the automated system to remove your number however, it does not seem to take affect for some time so in the mean time do what I do...

Tell them that they caught you in the middle of something and to hold on for just a minute then set the phone down.  Every 10 minutes or so (when you remember) go back and say it'll be just another minute and thank them for waiting.  Keep doing this until they hang up.  The delay destroys their # of calls per hour quota and keeps them from harassing someone else.  

If we all do this, the actual non-profit organization who hired these people will eventually move on to other more productive methods and we'll all get the last laugh!

called at 8:45 am to see if me and my spouse would be home at 12:00 noon on Monday to get a free "professional" package delivered.  Who are they?  Sounds like a potential robbery to me.

They call our home, never answer and if you call that number on the caller id no one answers.  I have done searches on this particular number and it is rather scary!

We have gotten several calls from this # & never anyone there. I registered our home phone # & cell phone#'s a few years back on the Do Not Call Registery what happened with that? why are we getting so many telemarketing calls again.
