- Cantbelieveit replies to SDEE| 4 repliesWow, Isn't this guy professional! I sure hope that his bosses have fired him after this comment. This is a free Country full of a lot of scam artists; people have a right to be worried and maybe this company has to consider changing its marketing plans if it is indeed legitimate. NOBODY WANTS TO SUPPORT ARROGANT AND IGNORANT SALESPEOPLE. A happy customer will tell 1 person for ever 10 people that have been told by an angry person.
Do you even wonder why this guy is watching the web for comment activity like this? He is obviously not surprised by it and even while he knows about it he is agitated. Enough said! - larry in langleyI had the survey call, had the person telling me I won something, agreed to let them come over to do a demonstration. Saw this site, and had immediate reservations about the company.
The guy arrived (on time) gave me a car washing kit, which looks good. We sat through the demonstration...it wasn't so bad. Learned a few things, questioned a few things. and the salesman was a decent guy.
Showed him this site, he was horrified that this is what people think is going on. He said he would mention this site to his boss.
I don't think Hei is that bad. I think this site is full of whiners, who don't have enything good to say about anybody. I'd be willing to bet that most people on this site had 100 positive transactions with different companies this year, but few people went to the web to tell the world about positive experiences with Walmart, Mcdonalds, Home Depot, their accountant, etc.
My experience may have been different than others on the site, but I don't think that this company is accurately portrayed by the comments posted above.- Caller: hei

- LeAnn SuttonI was called a couple of weeks ago about a survey and they told me they wanted to send a guy over to show me an appliance and that it wasn't a sales call, that infact I couldn't even buy the product. It wasn't for sale yet and that I was just giving the guy my impression of the product. I was also told that I would get a superior BBQ set and a set of steak knives as well. I did get both but the BBQ set was far from superior, Steak knives better. The 3 day 2 night stay was not free as they promised but infact you had to send in $50.00 to reserve. I have tried to call them abck on the # they called me on 208-947-3512 but all it does is ring. I told the guy trying to sell me the product what had happened and he seemed very discouraged. I told him that he had better have a chat with the girls doing the calling or they could find themselves in a lawsuite for false advertising

- Sorry, no longer interested. Was caught at the door for an air quality survey thingey and a draw. Was given a ticket stub (which I tossed away) and didn't give it any more thought.
Was called this past week saying that I'd won either a car detailing kit or a hotel stay. Stupidly, I chose the detailing kit and the woman on the phone made arrangements to come by 2 days later at a pre-determined time. She asked me to confirm a) my name b) address, then hung up.
The appointed day and time came and went and not a peep from them, which is totally fine with me, because as soon as I hung up the phone, I knew that I'd made a HUGE mistake, and planned on NOT being home when they arrived.
They've called a few times since then, but thanks to Call Display, I've not picked up. I am hoping that they just forget my number.- Caller: HEI

- wtf is wrong with these ppl?9 days ago heallthtek contacted my mother-in-law and told her that she had won a 2 night stay at a hotel but they would need to come by her house to drop it off. when the sales boy got there he proceded to force an air purifyer on her. then he told her that if she could get him more appointment he would give her $50 for each successful appointment, so stupidly she sent the guy to my house. when he got here we sat through a 3 hour demonstration and then he pressured us into buying the vacuum and the air purifyer thing, he also told us the same dael about the $50 appointment thing, so we gave him our sisters number...he never showed up. after all the paperwork was sighned and all was done the salses boy made me talk to his boss, who was sitting in the bar across the street from my house and was obiously drunk, the "boss" asked me a bunch of odd questions that made no sense what so ever. 2 days later we tryed to give the stuff back but they would not take no for an answer they told us that they would give it too us for 6 months free, and at that point i realized that the whole thig was messed right up.. he came back to our house numerous times saying that our paperwork wasnt done right, and finally today i found this web site and decided to return the WAY over priced vacuum and air thing. thank God that i found this just in time because they have a 10 day return period, so luckly i found this before my 10 days was upp or id be stuck with this scam for a long time.

- Cindy S.We get a call frim this number three to four times a week. I have never answered it but I am getting very tired of it. We have our number on the Do Not Call List for two years now. I think that is a joke, because we get telemarket calls every day, we just don't answer any long distance numbers we do not know. That Do Not Call List is a JOKE!
- Dancinjor replies to SDEE| 2 repliesHow completely unproffessional. You work and represent the company in question and this is your form of response? You're no diferent than the guy who offered me a $100.00 coupon for gas. shame on you
- Dancinjor replies to Dancinjor| 1 replyDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING unless you need a 3200 air purification system due to serious ilness... even then, be wary.
We bought our system for 3200 Apr. 09. This was after 5+ hours of demonstration. We repeated said no, and the price dropped. What really sold us was the so called lifetime warranty. We wetre told you'll never buy another vaccuum again. There is no lifetime warranty, unless you're preparded to spend 30+ each month for the rest of your life... or the life of the machine, whichever comes first. Furthermore, if you decide you do not want to pay into the "Perpetual" warranty anymore, its gonna cost you another 50 bones plus tax. Healthtek is not part of the BBB so there is no guarantee that they can help. They also have an F rating which is the worst posible rating through the BBB. I dare anyone to tell me different. Furthermore, there are no regulations governing this business type in canada... so be very careful when dealing with these people. You will find it almost impossible to get your money back.
As for the promotions gifts... we were to receive a 100 in gas voucher. What it really was, was a voucher offering me a 25 dollar rebate for 100 dollars spent on gas within the month. So, we saved our gas receipts and submitted them. nothing happened. We called, and were told that the company offering the promotion was bankrupt. Ulitmately, we received no gas rebates.
As I said, unless you are dire need of this equipment don't even bother.
If you have a similar issue and would like to fight back please let me know. ellertond@gmail.com
this company is exploiting the loose laws and regulations to thier explicit benefit. - Cara replies to DancinjorI had a similar situation with a woman who called from 604-520-3565. She told me I had been randomly picked and had won either a car-washing kit, a 2 night hotel stay, or a Slap Chop. She was so convincing and I ended up picking the car-washing kit (BAD IDEA) as I just bought a new car and was looking for a brush to buy to wash it. She called the next day and said she was early and asked if they could come 2 hours early. I was in a bad mood and wanted to tell them where to go, but agreed politely they could come early. She gave me my car-washing kit. It looked like dollar store material. So dissapointed. As if the 2 night hotel stay would have been legit....OMG, the poor lady had a HUGE suitcase and 2 big black bags with her so-called air purifier in one and a big lamp in the other to try to show me my dust mites. There was no labeling on the bags which I thought was suspicious. I told her straight up I wasnt buying the product but she still wanted to demonstrate it. My boyfriend came downstairs after about 20 minutes of her demonstrating it to me and was laughing at me. Finally, I told her she needed to leave because I was annoyed and was not into this big black plastic eyesore that apparently will "clean" the air. She had a black binder she kept flipping through reading word for word about the product to me. At one point I asked her how much it was just to know, but she wouldnt tell me. When I told her to leave, she said she had to call her boss first. So dug out her phone and called him. 5 minutes later after sitting in my living room silently, he finally answered and wanted to talk TO ME!!!!! OMG. I nearly crapped my pants. What kind of company does this?? I took the phone from her and he tried to make me feel guilty that the demonstrater was not going to get paid at all if I didnt watch the second product. I told her to get out and stop wasting my time. What a joke. If I could rewind this 30 minutes of my life, I would have thrown the car-washing kit back at her when she knocked on my front door. I am really suspicious about these freaks. Do not let them in your house! I am in Maple Ridge, BTW.
- bcekWell, these guys are working the East Kootenay's now. Showed up at my door last night with 4 "quick" survey questions. He mentioned the EPA to try and make it sound legit. I knew that I made a mistake the moment i gave him my phone number. Sure enough, I got the call (which I ignored) tonight.

- CP| 1 replyI just responded to a posting on Craigslist for a position with their company. Yes, it seemed too rushed a conversation and they gave a quick overview of their company. They then set me up for an interview telling me to bring a pen, dress sharp and be on time....no kidding. After I got the address and said thank you, he said "enjoy the presentation"....PRESENTATION....that isn't an interview. I will not be attending.
- Caller: I called them
- Healthtek dupe... replies to CPI went to that Healthtek "presentation" tonight..and later excepted a job....but after looking online about their business I will not be attending their three day "training" course.
- N/AA guy was just at my door in Port Coquitlam. Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, I already answered the questions, and gave my name and number, then came to google them. Ugh. At least I know not to answer my phone. Besides, I have laminate floors and no duct work for an air filter. Ha!

- D P| 5 repliesI too, fell victim to these scam artists...and they ARE scam artists. Do not be fooled. I did the survey and got a call a few days later saying I won either a car cleaning kit or a 2 night stay at a hotel. The lady on the phone sounded so sincere that I actually thought I had won a prize (I don't usually fall for these things). Since money is tight for my husband and I these days, I was so excited to have won something. I chose the 2 night stay and she said that all I'd have to do was listen to their (short) presentation and then we'd get our prize. That evening, Jag, came over and gave the longest presentation ever.... my husband and I will never get those 3 hours back from our lives. Anyway, after politely listening we declined to purchase their product. Jag, then called his boss and the high pressure sales tactics came out. After over 30 minutes of pressure, he finally stopped. I then, asked for my prize and he said he forgot it at home. Oh...okay. He said that he'd come the next day to give it to us. No prize the next day. We called the company to tell them- and they apologized and said that they'd mail it to us. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. DON'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR SURVEY QUESTIONS.
