It's next to impossible to get these guys off your back.  Two years ago I let them in to demonstrate and I actually needed a vacuum at the time and purchased the Filter Queen.  It's a good vacuum but I don't find it any better than my previous one that was half the price from the department store.   Anyway, they still keep calling with their stupid surveys.  I have caller ID and usually ignore them but the calls are becoming more frequent and annoying.

Stay away from Healthtek....I just worked there for a very short time...They expect you to
do 48 appointments a month and then you get paid after the month is completed.  If you
happen to sell their overpriced machines..you have to wait 10 days, as the consumer
has 10 days to cancel..You get no gas money and basically you are being used.
They make it sound so good.  Now I know why they are always hiring, it's a horrible
place to work.

Instead of calling your daughter a scam artists do you mind if we call her and her co-workers annoying and inconsiderate? Only inconsiderate people would take a job like this where you know it's going to [***] most of the people it contacts.

By the way nice touch at the end where you're talking about making a post to describe how bad of a person she/he is. That doesn't make you look like an idiot at all. Personally if you were my mother I'd be embarrassed by you. That doesn't make you look like an immature adult at all. I love to insert sarcasm in most of my conversations.

I work for healthteck and i gotta say you people we call are a pain in the [removed]. I mean theres some really nice people even when they decline but the rest are just straight up [***]. We are just regular people like you guys making a living. We may try to convince you to see the presentation but in the end its your choice to accept or not and you can simply say not interested and well simply cross you off the list. If we call again its probably cuz someone didnt cross your name at so thats the only thing i would apologize for. Were just like any company trying to get our product to the public and event though you dont buy it you still keep the gift regardless so you guys are dumbasses for not better listening as to why we give gifts and so forth so stop bitching and start paying attention and learn some manners

i used to work for this stupid company . mejestic 360 and defender 360 are not as good and its not worth 3000 or 4000 $

I worked for this company doing door to door survys, They ripped me off.!!!  They should be warned about theyre marketing technique. That they should go about theyre advertising in another way. Its [***]!!!!

When I told the person who came to the door that my husband wasn't available to listen to the demo he made a phone call and was told not to do the demo if my husband wasn't available.  B.C. plates on the car.  They just called again, I could hear voices in the background then they hung up.  Scam all the way.

I understand what you guys means and going through but I am very offended what some people are posting about the workers, no its not the best job in the world but  the way people are cutting workers down is beyond me. " go get a real job" really! your actually going to say that to someone.

Maybe that's the only job people can get at the moment they are just like everyone else trying to make money in order to provide for themselves and for there family.

and if there being  pleasant on the phone give them the same respect as they are giving to you.

i'm sure you doubt they sell anything,and also i am sure you are a miserable and poor person,who doubts everything including your capabilities to form an opinion of your own,and yes they do make it clear on the phone that they are going to show you their product,you don't have to buy it,you were probably too busy dreaming about the free gift,not a prize that i highly doubt you could afford on your own

the reason why they are always hiring is because of weak people like you,i am sure you are still looking for work and complaining about why you don't have a job,i work for that company,and it's a great place to work,and you can make a looooooooot of money if you bust your ass,but i guess you are too lazy to do so,however you seem to be really good at whining about your misfortunes,get a life and be happy with your welfare checks,it's hard working people like us that make it possible for idiots like you to live for free,

Relax guys. I worked as a telemarketer so I could put myself through university and it's NOT a fun job. There's a lot of pressure to keep your job, because the people above you just want numbers, and you're completely dispensible. The people you deal with on the phone are usually horrible..people are rude, they f*ck around with you for entertainment, or they just hang up on you. For hours and hours everyday. The job sucks, but for me, I couldn't make a living & afford uni on minimum wage, so I did it for over 2 years. This company sounds bad, but attack management rather than the poor workers.

Also, to the people who complain about the constant calls - they won't stop calling until you actually pick up the phone. It's their job. Just request to be put on the 'do not contact' list.

Same Story

I got a phone call to take a survey and did so.  Then was called a few days later saying I had won a prize and they would like to deliver it and give a short demo.  I was alright with this and when the sales agent arrived I met him in the lobby of my apartment building and said go ahead and give the demo.  I explained that for security reasons I do not let strangers into my home but would listen to his pitch in the lobby.  He wanted them to come up to my apartment to phone his manager using my phone.  I had him write down the number and when I spoke to his "manager" and explained the situation the comments from the manager I got were very high pressured and along the lines of "what do you think is going to happen to you, he is harmless and of course the classic - what is your problem."  I reiterated that I was happy to see the demo in the lobby.  Then he wanted to have his salesperson come up to my apartment to use the phone.  I said I am sure he has a cell phone.  After that the "manager" swore at me and hung up.

When I went back downstairs to speak with the sales person he was gone.  This was such a waste of their time and mine.  This is not how someone runs a reputable business.

yes i got one of those phone calls as well... and sure , everyone likes a prize :).. but it was to good to be true.. so i did some online research.. not only on this site.. but on many sites you can read the complaints. i was almost forced into an appointment... feeling that something wasn't right i pushed it into next week so i  had some time for research.
After reading the articles i found i called them back to remove me from their  call list and cancel my appointment.
Surprisingly fast the lady had my info and said she would do so .......
Lets hope it is going to work for real.

first of all what you won was a free entry to there draw and the trip or bbq in your case was a gift for viewing what thay had to show to you and telling them your fed back.
