I've received several calls from this number but never answer. This time when the machine picked up, there was a live person saying "Hello, May I please speak to ...." (my husband)..they obviously weren't paying attention and did not hear my automated outgoing message on my machine. Do only BOA customers get these calls?

I've been receiving calls from this number for at least two weeks several times a day.They never leave a message.If the government can regulate us to death then why can't it prosecute these con artist that prefer to con law abiding citizens out of their hard earned money.Instead they'll (the con artist)try to take everything you have because they're so lazy and greedy that a hard days work would kill them.I say execute them.

We get a call 1-2 times daily.  We screen our calls, so it aways go to the answer machine and there is never a message.  (616) 980-4030 is the number according to the *69 service.   I read on another comment that it is Bank of America at this number.  We just wish it would stop.

Finally answered when i saw this number and it was a recording.....so annoying

Calls several times each day, does not leave message on answering machine.

I've been getting calls from this number, listed as "TN Removal Systems" for the past three days. I checked my messages today, and it was a long message that sounded like someone was sucking their teeth and then whistling. The message went on for about two minutes. I'm going to pick up if these calls continue tomorrow and find out more.

We get calls 4 or 5 times a day from this #.  Caller ID says AGI.  We just answered it now and they hung up or put you though a long list of clicks in which case we hung up.  Very irritating.  Going to BLOCK

They call 3 or 4 times a day.  Won't leave a message.  I'm on the do not call list.

Would get calls numerous times a day for many days, would never leave a message.  Answered it one time, the man gave a name and said he was from Bank of America even though caller id is showing "AGI".  He asked urgently if my husband could come to phone.  When I said "no", he ended call and there have been no more calls since then.

Looks like this has been going on for a long time, since your post is 2007.  Now in March 2010, I'm getting numerous calls a day from this number showing on caller ID as "AGI".  

When I answered, they said they were from "Bank of America" and asked if my husband could come to phone.  I said "no".  They ended called and have not called back since.  We are on the "do not call" list.

If Bank of America was not the caller, as they indicated to you, they were not, they have done nothing about it in over 3 years.  If it is a scam, using their name, then why don't they do something about it.

I also get numerous scams from email trying to get me to update info on account that is supposed to be "Bank of America" too.

WOW!! This has been going on for over 3 years? Why hasn't the government put a stop to all this stupid phone calls? I also get AGI and other various numbers everyday!! This needs to stop! How do I get on the "NOT TO CALL" list? Anyone know?

They've called at least three times today alone - usually leaving no message, but once a woman did speak into the answering machine asking for dh by name.  It comes up as "AGI" on caller ID, but from the other comments I've read, I suspect that BoA is in cahoots with them somehow - evidently, this has been going on for a few years now, and if BoA were truly concerned about their reputation being besmirched by some scummy telemarketing company, they would have had plenty of time to take them to task by now.

They've been calling 3-4 times a day and tonight they called at 1 A.M. !! And let it ring 20 times!! They went right by my voicemail somehow. I don't use BoA, so wtf are they calling me at 1 a.m. for???

This number calls our house about 4 times a day, I have never answered.

This crooks call me a few times a day for a past three weeks. My phone number is on federal do-not-call list. I filled several complaints about the calls. No action so far. Why the government is doing to protect us? Why they establish do-not-call list if they are unable/not willing to enforce it? Frustrating.

Four calls to my office yesterday, all went to voicemail with no message left.  Last one came around 6:00 pm -- voicemail left consisted of "hello?" followed by a hang up.
