- JJjust got a call from this number after i asked him. he stated like everbody else that i had a computer problem. i asked him for his email address and he hung up. these people are from out of the country. what they do is tell you their is a problem with your computer. you give them your numbers from your computer and they are in. they have acess to your files.

I asked him how.. and then he explained he whole thing which i do not know fact or a fake call.. but i was facing a lot of problems personally.. with printer, email, internet.. its freezing, I Gave them a chance to work and it was miracle which happen to my computer after that . I didn't face any more problem for long time and whenever i faced any challenge , i called them and they fix it without any cost till my service contract..

I keep on saying to him i am not able to understand him and he keeping on saying my computer is about to crash .. finally i heard a new voice saying john Matthews, senior supervisor.. even he had a accent but nice one which sounds good to hear and he guided me very well to know abt the things which is harming the computer.. he told he that he is not from Microsoft and never reply to a call saying I'm calling from Microsoft.. it a scam .. He sold me the package for the security of my computer and gave me his number 7025835515 for future contact..
after signing the contract next day i started searching them on net and i found very bad reviews of scam . i called my bank and i stopped the money and i called 7025835515, so i can teach a lesson .. i didn't find john then. After 1 month of this .. i faced a problem with my computer and i realized John had warned me that this might happen to my computer and i talked to my local technician and they told me this problem is because of my internet uses .. coz i love suffering porn sites , i asked them to fix it and local technician charged me $399.99 and he told me this problem will not occur again but after a week again i faced the same problem and i took my computer to the same tech and he told me this time it will cost me $279 and he will resolved it permanently ,again i paid him . everything was fine but after 2 months again i faced the same problem and this time i called the number 7025835515 and this time i had a word with John matthews.. man of his word. He didn't changed me any money and he fix it just to prove that he is not a Scammer...
I took his service and 6 months everything went fine so i realized my mistake and i called them i register with them for lifetime service and proudly I can say 'They are not Scammer'..- Caller: 7025835515 John Matthews

We asked to speak with somebody that could speak English and a man with just as bad of an accent was put on the line. He got frustrated with my husbands questions and then the caller called my husband an "[***]" and hung up.

Will be reporting both numbers (for what good that will do).

Your attempts to put a positive spin on the company that you work for by placing fake testimonials on this site has backfired in your face in a spectacular way. You have been effectively exposed as a company that should not be trusted. Your attempt to now back-peddle and claim others have done this to deliberately discredit your companies reputation is a tired and tested maneuver and we are all wise to these tactics. I think it's best to just admit you have been exposed for what you are - before you end up digging an even bigger whole for yourself.

I could not care less how many years your company has been in operation and if you think you will "stay forever". Even you use of English gives the game away scammer. This is just another tedious fraud. I suggest you try answering some of the concerns about your company and improving on your public relation skills. So obviously we do NOT need any kind of accredit ion from any person to prove ourselves as a legitimate company doing business in an ethical manner. However, the kind of allegations which have been made from your end off-late do not seem to prove any valid point. You have stated that that the Customer appreciation feedback(s) which we have posted on the blogs are 'fake' and so you have put a 'BUSTED' watermark on them so as to create a negative vibe about our company. Let me tell you something in this regard, the Customers whose valuable appreciation feedback(s) you have stated as 'Fake' or 'manipulated' have been sent via e-mail by the Customers themselves to our support e-mail. We just copy them and post the same in the Blog. This is a common practice followed in the industry which you might NOT be aware about. Moreover you have NOT revealed your true identity, neither you have stated any valid reason for which you have hurled such grievous allegations on us point blank.
So I would request you solemnly to reply us with your true identity and give proper and valid proof to validate your said allegations.

No - the 'busted' watermarks are only placed when positive reviews are identified as originating from the same IP address. This is just a re-balancing of the fake testimonials your company has placed. I know you don't like the situation, but that is life.
