I received a call from 707 570 2040. Said, in heavily accented English, that he was from AOL regarding error messages that my computer was sending. When I told him that my husband would call him back, he gave me the 702-583-5515 number to call him back. The number belongs to "looking Glass Computer Services". When I called the number he called from, I got a recording saying that the phone number was being spoofed.

Why won't the main man Avishek defend his company against all these complaints? Is it because he knows his company is now exposed as a scam and there is nothing he can do or say to convince people otherwise? What a coward.

I think it is fair to say that Avishek's silence speaks volumes here. He did try to battle against the complaints that have been made on this thread, but when the evidence is so overwhelming, it has got to be easier just to hide and pretend these complaints do not exist.

Maybe he is just too tired to respond. It is very hot in Kolkata at the moment and the humidity is making everyone rather sleepy and lethargic at the moment.

Just because the weather is hot, he should still try and refute or acknowledge these accusations that are crippling the Opton brand.

Come on Stanley Rogers,  you are failing your job description of Relationship Manager. We are all demanding answers to our questions. We need assurances that Opton is not just another scam company.

Called from 002850034441 originally and claimed to be from telephone preference service- gave me 702 583 5515 as a number to call back.  Wanted £129.99 to block calls- utter scam- TPS don't do this
