I have been receiving call from this number, calling me every 2 hours but not leaving a message

I also gotten a call from number (702)583-5515 they stated that the Japanese  had hacked my computer, and they are from microsoft, and need access to my computer to fix it, I ask them to give me the information so that I can fix it myself, they said it was to complicated for me, I told them I was ok, and why would Japanese hack my computer i'm not in government. I said them I will call microsoft myself to verify  that you are from microsoft.  I called microsoft and they told me that don't  know a such number. it is a scram for sure.  They just want to access your computer, and charge you for it. plus have all your information as well.

We have been getting up to 9 calls every day. They wont stop calling. Always the same garbage of they are a Steve or a Mike from Microsoft technical department wanting access to our computer. I have even told them that we turned in their number for harassment. Still hounding us.

SCAM, just block their number. They called once and I asked if they worked for Microsoft and they said yes. I asked for their 7 digit Microsoft employee id number. Just made that up to see what they would say, they hung up. Called again today and they asked if I was the owner of the computer in the house and I said yes.  Was told they have my Microsoft Windows License number and it was about to expire and I needed to renew it with them on a Credit Card. Told them since I use a MAC that was impossible, after they hung up I blocked the number this time

Come on Opton and Avishek.....I have read these previous pages and your old responses and can imagine you are still reading these latest comments now, checking up on the newest complaints and everything......speak to us - defend your company! Hold on to your honor!!

It was interesting to see Jiwan Subba advertising your companies Christmas party on Facebook.......he never really left the company, did he?

Microsoft, Dell, nor any other company that sells and provides maintenance services for PCs, laptops, tablets and the like are not going to call anyone with a problem or in need of a routine checkup on their devices. Remember the Sugarloaf song, Don't Call Us, We'll Call You? Well, it's the reverse of that. Microsoft, Dell and other like companies do not have the time nor interest to randomly call people to see if your computer needs servicing.

Such bogus calls should be reported to the report to Federal Trade Commission: 1.877.382.4357

These people do not give up.  I finally saw 702 phone area code and picked it up and SCREAMED into the phone.   They called a few times that day again (trying to get back at me?).  I never pick up when I see a 702 area code.   After a few weeks, I just got another call today.  Did not answer.

They keep calling me so i told them a few minutes ago sir i live in an apartment complex if any of my windows are broken the apartment complex can go to Homedepot and replace my broken house windows they hung up then they called back and i stated in Spanish Hola Cometas no Savis Engles and they said [***] you u old american piece of [***]

this number calls 5 to 10 times a day and no response when I say Hello

I belive this is his facebook as this website http://www.optonpccare.net/ is owned and run out of Salt Lake City and this mans facebook says he graduated out of Salt Lake City https://www.facebook.com/avishek.dubey.779 for mre info go to http://whois.domaintools.com/optonpccare.net and report his website as scam/phishing. The computer called and waited for me to say hello then hung up. This was the number to 1-702-583-5515 http://www.optonpccare.net/ They have an online chat help so feel free to report them and also tie up their free time. WARNING they might be collecting Biometric data like your voice and getting you to confirm your name DONT CALL WITHOUT BLOCKING NUMBER!! Online chat I recommend you use a VPN too just to remain private.

Good work. If you look back through these pages you will see Avishek had a go at defending his company and himself on this site. He gave up when all the evidence got too much for him to handle and nobody was believing his lies. One thing seems certain though and that is this scam operates out of Kolkata. That facebook profile is hilarious, never seen so much desperate vanity on display.

Total scam! Man with broken English said he was from some computer compan and my computer was in jeopardy. I told him I've had this call before and they are nothing but a scam.  He tried talking and I interrupted him and said "DO NOT CALL ME!!"  I kept repeating it, and finally said the police have my phone tapped and they will catch him!! He hung up! lol   I was just getting started! Please beware

Why not contact Avishek (the director of this scam company) directly through his facebook profile (the link is just a couple of posts above yours) and let him know how you feel about this fraud?
