I always suspected there was something dodgy about Opton, but I never had them down as cowards. You can see they had a valiant attempt at addressing the public's concerns in previous posts and I assumed this would follow through and that they would continue to be diligent and keep on top of forums like this, especially now that they know threads such as this exist and how the severity of these accusations could potentially cripple their brand. Their silence is proving eerie now. Maybe they know there is nowhere left to hide, but I'm sure as hell they would be monitoring these pages daily. I know if I was the owner of telecoms company that also has also been linked to a previous scam telecoms company - one closed down by the High Court no less - I would be making sure these concerns were addressed in a timely manner, but it seems like they have just given up the fight. It was a good fight Opton....if you read back through these pages your representative asked me to prove you are a scam. I think this has now been established. The moral of the story here is you should not wish for something you dp not want - because it can come true!

Did I do enough to "prove it"?! It was really rather easy to provide enough evidence for people to believe you are a scam company. Why the silence now? Surely you must have something to say about these recent revelations?

This is a good company who do all they say. What you say is libelous and you should not be saying these bad things against a company that only is set up to help people.

Report the calls to Microsoft at http://blogs.microsoft.com/cybertrust/2014/09 ... oft-phone-scam/     They are keen to investigate and take legal action to preserve their brand names.

Opton can never recover from these allegations. They must know they are ruined now?! It would take a miracle to change Opton's luck. I feel so sorry for all of their staff trying to battle bravely against the accusations, but the evidence against them is undeniable. It must be a shame for the telesales staff, I've looked at the photo's and they looked like they were having so much fun having drinks and eating yummy pizza. All of these staff must desperately be looking for new jobs now. Maybe Avishek should put us straight once and for all - is the Opton brand truly dead?

Yeah! I second this! Why all people cause this noise? Opton is the best. Go, go Opton go!

Are those silly little posts from you and "Friend" really the best you can do against the wealth of facts showing that Opton are scammers? They only had to answer one very simple question which was, " Do you cold call offering pc services to people who have not asked you to call?"  They have not answered that question. As  Microsoft make it quite clear that anyone cold calling like that are scammers then, if Opton do that, they are scammers. Simple.

Finally the true side of the informer has been busted...

Informer used to be a part of opton and he has been thrown out from the compmany due to breach of company policy , unsatisfacoty conduct and incapablity of job handling .. and for these reason the said person is venting out his ANGER on the company.

Oh right, so does that mean all of these accusations about Opton are completely unfounded?

'Informer' may be a disgruntled ex-employee, but that still does not mean Opton are not a scam company, does it?

What about Avishek Dubey and his involvement with the fraud company Continental Telecoms?

Because of his incapability of handling the job responsibility assigned to him ..company had lost lots of valuable investment and contacts.. and no other option was left for the company but to evict him from the organization...Now how to believe that person and his statements...

Instead of trying to deflect the complaints by throwing accusations at one poster, why don't you answer the simple question.  Does Opton cold call people claiming to offer help with pc problems when those people have not asked them to call?  A plain "Yes" or "No" will do.  It's not Rocket Science. You could also answer the question about Abishek Dubey. There again, a siple "Yes" or "No" will do.

Surely it should be you telling us who this 'informer' is - seeing as you are so sure you have identified who they are? Come on Opton, lay your cards - if you know something - share it with the world! What's stopping you?

Any chance of you answering the questions posed by George a few moments ago? They are very simple questions and only require a 'yes' or 'no ' answer.
