If someone has an attorney that is going to take action, please leave the attorneys phone number so we all can call them and give our story and complaint to help you n court.these are obviously a bunch of picked on when they were children kinda losers.they all sound like little spoiled babies.this scam is how they make a paycheck.pay nothing, no one has confirmed going to court because of them.if they do it could be them adding to this blog.tell them u will c them n court.I almost called back till I read your comments. Got a call from a guy asking to speak to my son..He didn't know the name he was asking for was my son. However, I said this is my number and it doesn't belong to the person you are asking for. He was like well do you know him (in a snotty voice). I said yes. He said can you give him a message. I said sure what's the message and who am I to give this message to Jr./Sr./or the 3rd? He was like my...I didn't realize there was so many of them with that name..So, I said you need to know who you are leaving the message for or it may not be possible for me to deliver it. He was like my you are very defensive this morning, do you have something to hide?.. I said yes...lol... He said well I will just call you back later..I said no you won't. He hung up..I hung up. Unfortunately, he called my computer number which is through Skype. Which means I just blocked his number and don't have to worry about him calling me anymore. I also reported it to Skype for abuse just incase he wants to harass me. My son never owned this number...The only way they could have gotten my number is if my son used this number as a contact number. So, the only thing I could think of is this 714-380-5875 number must be a collection agency. The guy was rude like a collection agency. Hope this helps.

They called here looking for my sister and asked her to call a Jay Stone at 5883.  Who are these people?

Go for it Pini make the pay for the harrasing calls. This is rediculous how many times they call and how rude they are.

This number repeatedly calls me, but no one ever talks, except their threatening recording. I have no reason to have contact with them. I have submitted complaints to the CA, NY and US attorney generals office. Maybe that will stop these harassing calls.

I am curious what happened with this.  This company calls at least 2 to 3 times a week looking for a relative saying he gave our name as a contact number.  I have requested my name be taken off the account as we have no contact with this person, today I was told I was a "big fat lier"-- Nice and professional...  He is scum of the earth!!!!

got first call and it was a recorded message demanding I cantact them within 24 hours.  I called to see if it was something for me.  I had a phone call returned to me later that day

Received call from this number demanding for me to let them talk to RIKKI SALZMAN.  Rikki is the daughter in law,  and they had a number for her but said she is not returning calls.  My son had a message left on his cell phone # demanding he call in and give them his wifes SS#.

This agency called my in'laws yesterday asking questions about my stepmother who lives 1500 miles away.  Even though my mother in law kept stating that she didn't know the person they kept asking where she lives or how they could find her.  They said it was for a reference, and they lied.  After a while my mother in law foundout that they wanted to serve my stepmother with a court summons, or at least that is what they said.  Information that I'm pretty sure, you cannot legally give out.  Anyway we thought it was totally fishy and have no idea how they got our number considering we live 1500 miles away and don't even have the same last name.  Definitely do your homework if this company is calling you!!

They called me ,I finale answered and told them to get ( f,ed) and that I lOoked online and saw that they were a scam and they would just have to take me to court and hung up. They havnt called since.they r on west coast I'm on east coast. Nothing they can do.

I said I will not tell you who I am... she said of we will find you.  You know- what a joke.  This is a total scam of somekind, not sure what.  She was rude and aggressive on the phone as well.

Thank you all so much for your comments--I just received a call from this number with the same msg most everyone here has received--that I need to call them back to get help for some "situation" I supposedly need help with.  I will not return the call and will just block the number.

Caller ID is such a blessing - These scam artists get more creative every day. I've gotten many calls over the past few months from a variety of Toll Free numbers, Private Numbers, Incomplete Data, and all leave similar messages, calling about a debt owed by someone who is NOT me and most are the "robot" calls which only give you the opportunity to push 1 to take the call if you are the party, and 2 if not the party but no opportunity to let them know you don't have anything to do with that person.

Today's call from 714-380-5875, left message from "Joel Thomas?" saying (in a very soft, concerned voice) he needed our help locating a person he really need to speak to, regarding file number xxxxxx.  That person has been deceased for two years, is not directly related to me, has never lived at this address, and didn't owe anyone any money before dying.  I thought about doing what one person did - give the caller the phone number and address of the cemetery (without telling them the person is deceased) - but then they would probably harass the cemetery.

I called the number back and gave them my file #.  One guy answered and it sounded like all he said was, "Hello."  Not professional at all.  He transferred me to Jay Stone, who was very rude and not helpful at all. He said something about the letters they've sent.  I told him I've never received any letters.  I confirmed my address.  He wanted a $200 payment that I could make today to stop court proceedings, but I told him there was no way I could do that.   He said I would be served papers and sued. When I tried to ask questions about the specific debt he was saying I owed, he got loud and demanded I not talk over him.  He actually said, "YOU WILL NOT TALK OVER ME WHEN I AM SPEAKING!"  I said, "OK, sue me.  bye" and hung up.
