I had the same thing happen to me, I called that number its a California number I am a Senior Citizen, and can't keep calling these people to tell they have the wrong, and how they got my cellnumber is beyond me..I have had this cell number for 2 1/2 yrs never bothered b4 till a month ago, I called them twice to tell to quit calling they have the wrong the person still they keep calling and harrassing me..I don't know if I can block my cell number or not..getting fed up with it big time.

I have had call  on my cell from a Mr. Douglas, they are asking for a Mrs. Duffy, I called them back, and said; this isn't Ms. Duffy's number and quit calling..they are threating to sue me and I will be served, I told them I am not that person, but I still get these dam annoying calls, I am almost 59, I have a bad heart, he had me so worked up thought I was going to have a heart attack..They shouldn't be allowed to torment good people..I am really pissed that they let [***] like these to harrass people..Why doesn't the government do something.,I am fed up with it..

where do we report them.

I will gladly join any lawsuit against these people.  I was conned out of $3200 from this group.

bull, they started calling my mother 6 months after she completed bankruptcy and told her if you know what is good for you call me now!! in a very aggressive voice, I still have the answering machine message.

I got a call today but it was automated. Funny cause they said it was a out my property address well I rent. Lol. Not listed in my name. I called back to find out what this was about.

They say I owe a debt for a credit card I know I never opened back in February 2000 with my married name. I wasn't married then. Never had a bank account in my married name as they said. Also sold my home in 07 and they said they spoke to someone there at the house in 09 and the person gave them a bank account that was closed.  When explaining all this to her, the woman told me she will put in her notes that I am not willing to pay my debt and to be on the look out for a summons. How they don't even have my address. They have my old address.

I have contacted the FCC about this company with all the informations I have gathered on them.

All they need is SS# or a name. They have information on  a home I sold in 07 and said I still live there. LOL. Oh and for my debt it was all settled in 07 after selling my home. They only have my number in a home I share cause my name is listed under that. The house is NOT mine.

Yet, they continue to call and act like they are 3 with their fingers in their ears. Sad that I know they laws and these people don't know anything. All I wanted was a fax number so I can send a Cease and Desist letter and I get "You were sent a letter in 08 that has all our numbers on there."

They call me one more time and I am going to everywhere I can to report them. This is harassment.

So is this company a fraud or what? They have been calling me and i set up a settlement for payment but he said if i couldnt make the payment to call them and make arrangements. so i done just that and they put me on the phone with another guy and he was very rude and was calling me worthless and all kinds of names. I do owe a debt to which they said but i wanna know if the money i pay is going to my credit card or not.. please help. thanks

Total scam but the poor employees calling have no idea the people in charge are corrupt!!!

I started recieving these calls around the 15th of Dec and they call me at work 2 times a day.. the first guy that called said that he had sent me documents to my house and yet when he said my address he had the wrong apt # and never gave a full name just that his name is Mr. Stone.  Then another guy named Patrick no last name called and gave me 2 numbers and told him I needed to contact them because something came up..wtf? Then today I had another new guy call and he told me that he just got off the phone with my HR director and that he isnt very happy with what has to happen and that if i didnt return his phone call today they would b coming to my work to serve me. My HR director advised him that no one is allowed on the property and the guy got nasty with him. I have debt but never once did i recieve anything in the mail and most of my debt is being taken care of already..so my fiance called the number and it kept ringing and then someone answered and said "hello" he asked what company this was and they said "corporate"  and they asked who my fiance wanted to speak to and he had told them that he keeps getting different and the guy on the phone was nasty to him..and then hung up! the number that keeps harrasing me is 714-380-5869

I just received a recording when I answered the phone at work (I work for the County Government), they said I needed to call them at 714-380-5875 and they were from Worldwide Recoveries.  I need to know how to stop them from calling my office phone.  I am not the person they are looking for.

I believe this to be the same Steve DeAnglo now with Atlas Recovery.  These people are nothing but insects biting at anyone they can.  Supposed one of my out of state in-laws as an outstanding debt and they want that money.....WHAT!!!!!  Tried getting them to not call anymore. Has not worked.  Filed a report with Orange County, CA BBB and with the FTC.  Seriously out of control!!!

This nbr called my cell 949 236-4380 on 02/08/12 leaving a message stating a complaint against me with the Queens County Court.  Nervous about the call I dialed it and a woman answered the phone corporate office.  When I asked what office called she asked me my name and transferred me to her "BOSS" who said I had an outstanding debit to pay.  Wanted to know my banking information and would not take any payments from my lawyer only wanted my banking information t and how soon could I wire him the payment.  Was very nasty and very forward . He said he was located in California and was very vage.

this -fraudulent place keeps calling me--sayin i owe on a old debit card that was closed yrs back--called my old bank and this debt doesnt exist---fed completly up!!!!!!!!!!

Continues to call my number asking for a Blanch Weeks. She is not at this residence.

I'm gonna have them prosecuted to the full extent of the law.   Okay, when the Sheriff shows up, and serves your Summons, just appear in court, because I'm going after you. Do you think this is a joke, it's no joke. get yourself an attorney, chump, because you're going to need it.

I have no debt and they threatened me with law suits. I told them show up at my home if they have the address or my work send me legal papers and if i was in the wtong i would send a MO to fix it. Then the man got aggressive and called me a filthy druggy. I am in the process of getting harassment charges on them. Since they have yet to send me any proper work and are still calling and leaving msgs.

For the past three months I have been getting calls from these idiots, they don't seem to understand they have the wrong person they are looking for. They leave a massage asking if I have my lawyer ready, and to have our lawyer contact them if not they are going to proceed with legal action? We don't even know what we owe or to whom we owe. Their number shows upas 714-415-3046, at first I was nice now I just don't even answer when I see their number.
