You are probably right...they can't even spell.   They are calling us as well.   We even answered them once and it was for someone we didn't even know...we told them that but they are still calling.   Lowlifes..

I got a call from this number with a civil case against me completely fabricated case. It is a scam.

Yes, they contacted me and left a voice mail. I do not who they are, and actually have a debt attorney that is helping me clean up my credit, so anyone that is wanting to call me over a debt has been contacted by this attorney and already has a worked aggreement on payment. These people are scammers, and will stop calling by one number, and then try calling from another number to intimiadate me. I know my rights, and have filed with the BBB, and Fraud for the State of California, as well as other states these same people will opereate thru. They need not call me again. I am already having my attorney call them, and let them know we are on to them. Yes, I know my rights too, and have also worked in an collection agency, so I am well aware of the law. If they continue, they will be presued by the law, and harrassed by them.

They finale stopped calling after 2years someone is doing something right because they stopped.u just have to wait them out.I did at one point cuss the guy out and told him of this sight that we r commenting on and told him to sue me that I would take a coipy of this sight to cour with me and I'm sure the judge would understand.

you guys are all just a buch of dead beats.  i owed 3,987.78 for a debt right out of hs.  they settled it out for 1,500 and i havnt recieved a single call since then and by credit report is restored.  everyone saying bad stuff is just dead beats who cant afford there bills.  they were pretty rude and demanding but at the end they helped me a lot

I very highly doubt that she used you as reference. These scammers used the same line on my ex-husband in another state. I have not now, nor will ever use he or his wife as references. They were fishing for personal information on me. I do not even have any credit cards or loans. They use a data base to try and find associates of the person they are wanting to harrass. They know these ppl don't have any debts, but try to scare and bully folks into giving out their banking information. This happened to a co-worker, who thought she had legitimately forgotten a debt. Once they had her checking information, they wiped her out; and tried repeatedly to withdraw funds. The bank could not even trace it to prosecute.  Please report them, and don't give out any information! I have a potential suit pending for harrassment, violation of Federal law, and much more.

have had many calls from this company. i am not even the person that they are looking for. have told them time and time again not to call my phone. the last guy that i spoke with was very rude and told me to wash my mouth out with soap. i did turn them into the BBB.

They call asking for someone named Monica I told them that I do not know this person, Now they call & hang up. I am ready to sue.

These people called my mother in laws house asking for me and were very rude.  She gave them my cell number and they have been harassing me ever since.  Today they left a message saying that "it was imperative that I call back immediately regarding an ongoing investigation pertaining to me in my hometown.". What the heck!

I have received the same threatening phone message from one Eric Michael who leaves a vague message that he is calling about a matter that concerns me without specifying what the matter is about and what company he represents. I am left wondering why I should return such a call. I called the number on my caller ID and the voice prompt said the company is Worldwide Recovery.

Don't call them back or answer it if you see that # calling !!!
Eventually they will go away !!!

They scope your personal data from another source and claim that they have ALL of your INFO...   Then use it to get you to admit that you ARE the person they are trying to reach...    With a little MORE info that you give them, they have your Bank Account # and are drafting Funds !!!

They MOSTLY TARGET Pre-Paid cell phones..    But...  they get access to Land-Lines too.   It's MOST  dis-concerning when they TELL YOU what the LAST 4 #'s of  YOUR  SSI #  is !!!!

THEY  HAVE IT !!!    DON'T  Acknowledge  ANY INFO !!!   Just Bear with it and they eventually GO AWAY !!

I will admit I was a little spooked by them at first because they have all this info on me and was ready to just pay it off and get it over with but then the guy started acting real suspicious n made me have second thoughts. just yell and cuss back and they just hang up like little scared children. it gets fun.

They keep calling saying they are corporate office and that i owe money to someone and im being sued...they have my name but someone elses SS#..they asked what my SS# was to confirm i was telling the truth..HAHAHAHA is all i gave them and hung up.....if they gotta ask you for the info they are full of [***],

told me they had money in trust and property but I needed to give them my social security number and bank accounts, etc.

I have had bad debt in the past, but thats been settled. I have a very bad feeling about the fact that these guys have very very sensitive information and were able to pull a credit report. can you have the credit agencies block them somehow?

THey are calling from numerous numbers from California and never give a 1-800 number to call back which is also a red flag. They also called my family and said to them it was a civial suite but on my voice mail they said its about my property at Park Ln. Thats my last apartment from years ago and I do not own property except my car. Theses are Con Artist similiar to the boiler room scams. How can we sue them?
