calls 3-4 times per day.   ...............do not know #  called back. it was MACY'S.  told them i am on the do not call list

yes, i got a call today. first one. I did a reverse lookup and found this. I am wondering if the fact I was in Florida last week on a cruise has anything to do with this.

I just called this Customer Service line and through a series of transfers I was able to get to an agent that claimed to remove my number.  They said they couldn't even find the number and asked me if I was related to a random person I had never heard of before.  So strange.  Hopefully this stops the calls.

Have been getting calls daily for about a week.  I hear a recording but never speak to any real person.  They will not leave a message but cancel the call and call back later or the next day.

They call constantly.  its harrassment.  Please have them stop this.

I just got a call and answered it. An automated message said something like "We have an important message for you. All of our operators are busy. Please stay on the line." So I hung up. Why call when there is no one available to talk to me?
I do have a Macy's credit card which I used to buy a set of furniture 3 months ago. I haven't made a payment yet because the furniture is 0% interest until Dec 2012. I get bills monthly put incur no interest, so I am waiting to pay it off until I after Christmas.

This number keeps calling despite the fact that we are on the no call list.  I can tell it's from a computer because no one is there until a click that says "all representatives are busy..."   why do they expect anyone to hang on for their problems???

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS # 727 556 7300. USUALLY 10 OR SO A DAY

It is Christmas Eve & they have the nerve to call me. I make scheduled payments. If it is people working for Macy's why don't they check that before they call.

I agree with one of the posts. It's Macy's Department store. Bleh Popie is the person calling insisting   you pay over the phone. There is no way to verify who this is.  I too closed my account with Macy's after they insisted I was late on my $5.00 due monthly payment..  

Who needs this problem.
