Macy's would never ask you for your credit card number--they know what it is! This is a fraudster trying to steal your identity!

This harassment is from a company associated with MACY's. They call, apparently after being late by one payment. The best option is to call MACYs directly and cancel your Macy's Star Reward (sic) card and never shop at Macy's again. A company that engages in such practices is not worthy of your business. We cancelled our MACY's card, and we ceased shopping at MACY. Show MACY that you will not tolerate their harassment.

Somehow these sleaze bags got a hold of my young teen son"s cell number and are calling/harassing him all day long.  He's in school for crying out loud, and his phone is ringing almost every hour!  And clearly, due to his age, he has no credit cards to speak of, so the idea of it being a debt collector seems ludicrous.  How do I make this stop?

They call all times of the day from early morning to late at night!!! please see who they are and tell them to stop.  when i pick up they dont answer

This was a call from Macy's, said I owed them money.  I don't and told them i didn't. I had use their card several times, but paid them off promptly.  They asked a few questions, investigated what I told them.  Followed up and agreed they had made a mistake -apologized.  They mailed me a discount card. Actually I will shop their often as their folks were thorough, nice, and realized their mistake.

This number calls every day after 1pm EST
at least 6 times.

It says is MACY'S financial, but I don't have any association with MACY'S
they say they would stop from calling but never stops.

I even decided to call them back 4 times for each one they call me, it has not stopped

and if you try to get in contact with the real customer support from macy's is even worse, you can barely understand what they are saying, and they just don't do anything.

Was wondering if hiring a lawyer and file a law suit was possible?

I have been receiving calls form this number many times daily. The caller claims to be from macys Credit services.

This number has called 3 times today. Left no message.

They call several times a day. When I have picked up no one is there, but it triggers even more phone calls from this number.

They call our home phone around 10 times a day. When we pick it up, nobody answers. So annoying!

its so annoying that they call one, 200 hundred times a day. I even told them that the calls has turned to harrassment, which is illegal in the U.S. My account with Macy's is actually up to date.

3 calls today--callerID says MCCS--two calls went to the answering machine with hangups and there was no one there when I answered the third call

They always hang up. They never listen to my ogm. Never leave a message, and comes up Unidentified on caller ID. Several times a week and always during business hours.

Your Macy's card is late.

This is not from Macy's at all because I am not and never have been a Macy's customer, there isn't even a Macy's in my area and I have been getting these calls.  I would like to know why, just in the last month, am I getting all these scam calls on my cell phone number which I have had over 15 years the same number and I do not give this number out except to my family and dr. or school something like that?
