I have more than 20 calls from MCCS. No clue who it is or what. Never leaves a message.

Number called and called and called.  Caller ID = MCCS.

I called the number back.
Answered by man with Indian accent.
He said, "Do you have a Macy's credit card"
I said, "Yes"
He said, "Please give me the Credit Card number so I can take you off our call list so we don't bother you "
I said, "No. I will take care of this another way"
He hangs up.

It really IS Macy's.

This number calls me at least 3x a day, It is either Macy's or Cable Co. Yesthey are from India. Rediculus, these companies that are outsourcing their communications departments should NOT GET TAX BREAKS for OUTSOURCING AMERICAN JOBS!!!! I am not holding for a collections Company. Really, who would. Also they should get some manners. If you can't tell me your name, the companies name,and the reason for your call I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU. I learned phoen etiquitte when I was growing up.

I just called them back to confirm this is Macy's. I have paid my Bill. I am not behind on my payments. The Indian Man said " My  name is John .... couldn't understand the rest. Really if you name is john my name is Sally Smith.

I got this phone call so many times today and we did' nt bothern to answer we don' t kow the caller. And whoever was calling did' nt leave a message.

It's Macy's collection. Pay your bills!

I have been on the national do not call list for some time, do not owe Macy's or anyone else, yet this number has been calling my cell non-stop for a few days and I just filed a complaint.

The first time I answered this call a guy with an Indian accent wanted to talk to my wife, who has a Macy's card, to tell her that she had an overdue balance. I knew it was a fake because (a) she doesn't have an overdue balance, and (b) if she did, they'd just add a $25 penalty to her next bill. Since then I keep getting several calls a day from this number. When I answer there's nobody there. I think it's because the scammer doesn't want to talk to me, but to my wife. I've submitted a complaint to the national do not call registry. We'll see what happens.

i just have a call from that number also saying they will arrest me what kind of crap is that those [***] indian this is all they do call people phone and ask for account number tell you that you will be in court soon trust me the internet connection now is a danger for people that using credit card to buy online also

I DON"T have a Macy's card and never have had one......so why are they calling me repeatedly?????

This call is a fake and what they are trying to do is get your Macy's credit card number. Macy's would never ask you for your credit card number--they know what it is, for pity sake! Anyhow, they were calling us up to a dozen times a day. I finally called my phone company and found that a call blocking feature is available. You can turn it on and block up to twelve numbers, When they attempt to call you, they will get a recorded message that says you're not available. I suggest you call your phone company and find out if you have that feature available.

Macy's would never ask you for your credit card number--they know what it is! This is a fraudster trying to steal your identity!

This harassment is from a company associated with MACY's. They call, apparently after being late by one payment. The best option is to call MACYs directly and cancel your Macy's Star Reward (sic) card and never shop at Macy's again. A company that engages in such practices is not worthy of your business. We cancelled our MACY's card, and we ceased shopping at MACY. Show MACY that you will not tolerate their harassment.

Somehow these sleaze bags got a hold of my young teen son"s cell number and are calling/harassing him all day long.  He's in school for crying out loud, and his phone is ringing almost every hour!  And clearly, due to his age, he has no credit cards to speak of, so the idea of it being a debt collector seems ludicrous.  How do I make this stop?

They call all times of the day from early morning to late at night!!! please see who they are and tell them to stop.  when i pick up they dont answer

This was a call from Macy's, said I owed them money.  I don't and told them i didn't. I had use their card several times, but paid them off promptly.  They asked a few questions, investigated what I told them.  Followed up and agreed they had made a mistake -apologized.  They mailed me a discount card. Actually I will shop their often as their folks were thorough, nice, and realized their mistake.

This number calls every day after 1pm EST
at least 6 times.

It says is MACY'S financial, but I don't have any association with MACY'S
they say they would stop from calling but never stops.

I even decided to call them back 4 times for each one they call me, it has not stopped

and if you try to get in contact with the real customer support from macy's is even worse, you can barely understand what they are saying, and they just don't do anything.

Was wondering if hiring a lawyer and file a law suit was possible?
this has to stop.

I have been receiving calls form this number many times daily. The caller claims to be from macys Credit services.
