I received a call from this number around 4:12 pm CT today.  Didn't answer, no VM, so I Googled and saw all of this.  Thanks everyone for the posts!

I got a call from this number earlier, and like the others, no message left.  I figured it was either a sales call or like the others are saying, a scam.

I got the call too, didn't answer, googled the # and saw this.  Reported it to the "donotcall" folks.

I hope the scumbags get caught and go to jail!

I also got a call from this number and I didn't answer and then googled it. Wow. I am in Indiana this number is in California how did they get mine??? I'm only 18.

Got the "we can lower you credit card rate" call today. Smelling scam, when the live ([***]/Indian) schmo started his pitch, I asked him to identify my credit card account by giving me the last four digits on my card. He couldn't hang up fast enough.

Scam call; calling my number repeatedly; when I call back, the number is busy every time.  SCAM!

I just got the call. I contacted my credit card company and gave them their phone number. They said under no circumstances should I give them any information. They don't know of any company working to lower rates with theirs. It could be fraud or a scam to offer a credit card through them with a better rate. Either way, pretty shady.

I missed the call and no voicemail was left. Plugged number into google and found this site. Tried calling but keep getting busy line

Ot the same call, asked for my expiration date on a credit card, when I said I don't yave it, they hung up. I did press one, sonded like an indian call center (inda). Obviously a scam.

Got a call, it was a recorded message telling me the call was regarding my cc acct. WHICH I DO NOT HAVE!!!

I just got this call, too. When it said from Apple Valley, CA I figured I would wait for a message or something. I, too, am grateful for sites like this. ;)

Received a call on my cell phone. I answered and the automated woman said she wanted me to know how to lower my interest on my credit card. She did not say which one but to push 1 to speak to someone or 2 to not receive anymore calls. It hung up before I could push 2! Pretty sure it is a SCAM!!
