Same thing just happended to me this morning.  Phone call, no voicemail, rings back busy.

scam - try to keep them on the line & waste their time!! FUN!

Getting calls from "Account Services" on my home phone a couple times a month for years. Recently added my cell phone to the Do Not Call list and now they are calling my cell. Completely illegal and I suspect they are actually getting numbers from the DNC list!

How is it that the National "Do Not Call List" and even the Wisconsin List does not apply to these callers?  It would seem that these calls come under the FCC regulations and should be registered and required to identify themselves when calling. But that is like the Speed Laws, Drug Laws  and proposed Gun laws, I suppose.

Received a call from this number and a female voice answered.  The line was very broken as her voice kept going in and out.  Finally I said that she had called me and what did she want.  She hung up.

I have since blocked this number and hope to never hear from them again.

Interesting, I got a call at 10:24 am also but on Sept. 4, 2013. No message was left. Because of the inability to stop these scammers. I can't answer my phone without 'screening' every call. Phone company is no help. Caller ID not displaying the incoming number so I have to wait and hope legitimate callers leave a message. (unfortunately sometimes they don't).

Got a call and told to press one.  I don't even have any credit cards so i thought this person was trying to collect on another persons debt, wanted to let them know they had the wrong number so i pressed 1.  couldn't understand the guy such a heavy accent.  he wouldn't listen to me kept trying to get my name and info.  told him he was a [***] and hung up.  I guess he was a nigerian trying to "chop my dollar".  eff that noise.  never again.

I keep getting calls from this # and am on the dont not call list. I would like to report them for calling every few days for weeks.

Thanks for the heads up, I did not answer it as I didn't know who it was, so decided to listen to a message and there was none.

I received an inbound call from this number. I answered with my name and the other side hung-up.  This was an out of state number with no name and was similar in its nature to previous fraud calls I've received.  I called the number back and reached a busy tone on several attempts.

I went ahead and pressed 1. Heavy accent, I asked him why he was calling. What credit card? Visa, who is my Visa through? I was sad when he hung up. Called back and it was busy. I'm hoping he calls me back <3

Was called at 1:39 pm on my cell phone. Was a recorded message, claiming to be able to lower my interest rate. Told me to press 1 to speak with an agent.  Caller with heavy "Asian-Indian" accent, claiming to be with "Card Member Services" said they could lower my interest rate.  I asked which card. (I have several).  He said the Chase, Bank of America, or Chase card.  I asked what are the last 4 numbers of the account.  He wouldn't (or couldn't) tell me. Had such a thick accent, I asked him to put a better English-speaking person on.  I asked him where he was calling from.  He said Orlando, Florida.  He asked me what the expiration date on the card was.  I told him that he should have that information and I wasn't going to give an information to a caller where I had not initiated the call.  And I hung up.

I just received a call from the same number on my cell phone. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Thanks all for your input. Added the number to ignore list. It seems callers of this type of calls are targeting our cell phones more than ever before. I like the Ignore feature on those smart phones!

7602428473 - ya, right!  They want to give me a lower interest rate on a non-existent credit card - ha!

It seems that the SCAMMER population is doubling about every month... so are the calls.  I suggest someone develop an APP that you can open and click 'ZAP' and it will send a high voltage electrical shock to the [***] on the other end.  Maybe fry the caller's ear so they can no longer hear well enough to use the phone!  Hey - it could happen!

As it was ringing, i googled the number to see if i should answer or not. After seeing all of these posts, needless to say, i didn't answer, they didn't leave message.  thanks for the info everyone.

I have received two calls from them this morning. The first time I told them to remove me from their list and then the second time I told them that I was reporting them to the FCC. I then went to the www.FCC.gov site and filed a 1088G report on the scammers. I advise this for everyone else to help shut them down and protect others from them.

I have Verizon and they will block calls for free.  Tell them you are being harassed by telemarketers.

This number has just recently started calling me on my home, now my cell.   The guy said he wanted to lower my interest rate to like 6% and said you have a bank acct with Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo and mentioned a couple others then said right?  I said well you would know if you are calling me to lower my rate what I have right.  Then he hung up on me.   I called the number because I was ticked off with them calling me and get a busy signal.  Another Scammer....
