ATT&T charge me $ 149.00 but when I called, they do not know why charged, I do not think so to belong AT&T maybe is other fraud company that use this company.  I called many time to refund the money, they said " I do not idea why charge this amount"  my phone is under my daugther  phone with my husband. This company is fraud and the phone too, please investigate this number 800-331-0500 and put in the jail all this fraud people.

I got a charge from this # for 236.00$ on my account! I'm a single mom of 3 and i  live off a buget, this was not authorized!

This number continues to call and we have seen some questionable things on our AT&T bill.  Do we contact AT&T and they will take care of it all?

There is a charge on our Chase credit card bill for $201.05 from this number.  I do not even have an AT&T phone.  Do not know what it is.  The bill says ATTM*805766761MTZ 800-331-0500 GA

Got two charges from the same AT&T - called AT&T and they couldn't tell me anything and wanted to get a conference call with AMEX but I didn't feel comfortable saying my AMEX number and letting them hear it.  It's more than likely a scam but you'd think that AT&T would want to protect their reputation and get to the bottom of this.  AMEX will contact AT&T, directly, and credited this amount while they investigate.  So ... yeah ... a good example of why it's always a good idea to review your statements each month!

On our ATT showed a $9.99 charge to MobileResponse with ID 17583. I had to call ATT to get the charge reversed, which they did, but they said that the charges happen randomly. We have had this problem with a lot of 3rd party providers trying to trick us into these monthly charges. You have to check your monthly statement in detail. What a pain in the @$$.

Got a charge for $140.30 on my credit card.  Have no idea where this came from just shows 800-331-0500 TX on my statement

I keep getting emails that an iphone is being shipped but I don't use AT&T!  Now they are saying that I'm going over my minutes!  Need to find what the hell is going on

Have 3 lines with att and am being billed 9.99 for something on one of the phones called bbustiqus att mig short code # 96633 type mt id # 5142 have no idea what this is. called att and after some discussion had all data and text blocked plus a refund on my bill. some one needs to be in jail.

Imagine my anger at my daughter when she opted for a ring tone auction.  After gaining my composure, I queried her via text and she said she received four offers in two minutes and replied "STOP" to the last one.  She received an answer back.  Her cell phone is on the national do not call list which should include texts.  I called 611 from my cell phone to challenge the charge.  AT&T said they could do nothing about it.  I called 1-800-331-0500 and AT&T Business Center (imagine that) answered and then I was helped and offered a $4.99 fee to prevent further abuses.  Grrrrrr!!!!
