Someone with this 800-331-0500 number called twice while I was on the other line and it went to my voicemail, but no message was left just a lot of background noise.  I just recently updated my Blackberry, so I hope it has nothing to do with it.

There is a charge on my bill taken out monthly for $9.99. This is the number listd on my AT&T phone bill if any question about this download that was suppose to have been made. It says that I downloaded Telenav but I have done no such thing. I called this number that was listed on the bill if any questions were needed for this download the representative says this company is call Milton Cat that they only do construction work. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and said they have nothing to do with downloads on the cell phone. I will be calling At&t for a refund which this phone number was listed on their bill that they are obviously not aware of what it is.

I've just noticed that I've been receiving charges on my account for months for a $4.99 charge from "OpenMarket" with the phone number listed as 1-800-331-0500 (ATT customer service).  Check out this website, it looks like they are trying to put together a class action lawsuit:

Anyone else have any ideas about what we can do?

Just got a call from 800-331-0500.  Called number back, got to ATT, went to Customer Service.  Had them go over billing info and look for any occurance of this number or bid4prizes3 (as reported numberous times above) appear.  Agent said no and that she said a called was just placed to see if the phone (my phone) was working since service was suspended recently due to bill being overdue.

This was the number associated with a very dismaying charge for $125.46 on a child support card that I almost never use. I hadn't checked the card in a few months, until i got a payment in late October from my dad and went online to check the amount. In the time since I'd last checked it, on August 17th, an unknown company in GA charged my account $125.46. The only other information was that phone number. SUPER PISSED OFF!!! I really, really, really want that money back.

The wife paid our AT&T bill over the phone.  The charge showed up as the 800 331-0500 on my bank account statement.  Obviously my bank account is not connected to my phone, so it was authorized.

I got a notification on my debit card account that 58 dollars was taken from my account and the memo was this phone number. I don't understand at all.

They called my internet phone and left a message in some language other than English so I don't know what they wanted.

I received a deduction from my checking account from 800 331 0500 for $168.43

This number appeared for a charge on my credit card. It is my A T & T cell phone bill. Thanks for clearing this up for me nerds.

800-331-0500 is AT&T I received a follow up call from them today because I had been having issues with my phone.

I got a call from this number on my t mobil prepaid phone number. Someone talked in a weird non English language.

I was called by 1-800-331-0500 twice on Tuesday, 16 March 2010 at 13:09. This caller left a one-second voicemail message of silence.

I received a call from this number just now.  the caller just greeting and hand off.

i got a charge and have no idea who they are they are messing with my account.

Got a call at10:33am on 10-25-2010. They have called me in the past even though I refuse to answer and have never communicated with them.
They also called me on 9-8-2010 at 1:58pm.

They have left VERY long messages on my voicemail, which i have not listened to.

I am so ticked off because they are calling me at very inconvenient times. Odd that they can even get through to me as my phone has no minutes on it and normally cannot receive calls when there aren't any minutes on it.

This number keeps calling my mobile phone several times a day. I answered the call tonight and no one responded; the call just went dead.

I received this call on my cell phone, shortly after I made a pmt for my att phone bill. I have not seen no charges yet, but if I do I will post again.
