- M C WengerI continue to receive calls and do not answer because of caller ID. I suggested on my message on Ans Set "if you need to talk to me send it thru U S Mail.
- CRIt's CITIBANK> Very unprofessional. On my voice mail for 8 mnutes. You could hear people in the back ground laughing, it sounded like a party . It was very loud. The man on the phone kept making long sighing noise on my voice mail
- carolplease quit calling and hanging up.
- SharonGot 4 calls from this number today. They pretend to be citi-bank. They are not. Called the number on the back of my Citi card and they assured me that no one had called me. If you call the number back they ask for you to punch in all 16 digits of your credit card number instead of just the last four (Citi-Bank just asks for the last four digits of your CC) and they ask for you SS number. They are not Citi-Bank. Give them no info.
- MPFI got repeated calls, requesting that I vote in a financial institution annual meeting, then for a survey((?): every time I was askedto give "my info", social security number etc.
- Caller: "citycar"
- RScottyLThis numbered called our business, and when I answered and identified ourselves, they hung up!
- Caller: Citi Card
- BridgetIt's CitiBank. If you're behind in payments or if you're minimum balance is due, they'll call/harass until it's paid. Even if the payment is scheduled, keep that in mind! This has been particularly annoying because this number calls me twice a day, but when I answer it's just silence. So ridiculous.
- Caller: CitiBank
- OVER THE EDGECITIBANK GOOD LUCK - DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH MY CREDIT I'M NOT PAYING ANYTHING UNTIL THIS STOPS.
- Caller: CITIBANK
- Call type: Debt collector
- RockyThis number can not be CITI in any way shape or form.
1. I do not have a CITI card.
2. They called me twice to day claiming to be the prize dept. at publishers clearing house.
3. I do not play that either.
Conclusion: they are scammers, possibly piggy backing on a real number but, the caller is a scammer if they ask for any info the company already has in their computer. They will not ask for your complete card # because they already have it. Same with your social. Don't get ripped off.- Caller: claimmed to be pub clearing house
- LenaromaI love this website, really helps me avoid from scam ! I also got a lot of call from 8003882200 and 5102742473 these days. they call me and left me some voice massage (they said this call is from citi bank) almost the same time in 9:30am, which i always not get up yet. I will let the cop know this!
- Caller: FAKE Citi
- Call type: Debt collector
- JanFortunately this is not a scam because that was our worry. They are Citibank and they're trying to collect bad debt. The previous owner of our house went bankrupt and although they had the correct address, they had linked our phone number to the house. Bad due diligence here. The company didn't check that the phone number was owned by the debtor. We asked for the supervisor and had to wait 10 minutes to get one. This happened today so let's see if "Holly" can do her job and stop the calls. We received 2 to 3 calls a day for the last week and like others, just heard talking in the background and because there was no one available to pick up the call - the computer dropped the call.
- Caller: Citibank
- Call type: Debt collector
- Calls 6-10 times a dayI don't answer any calls that I do not recognize. Finally blocked this after being called for the TENTH time today. After reading tons of posts about this number I can tell you - IT'S A SCAM. I do not own ANY Citibank cards. Have never owned a Citibank card. It may be that it's a spoofed number of a legit collections number - but hell if I'm answering this number! For God's sakes! Make it stop!
- Caller: Who knows
- SusieWhat's the point of being on the do-not-call list. I hear from these people 3 times a day!
- Melissa MortonUnknown Caller
- TCall 5-6 times a day. Told them to remove me from their list once. They continue to call. Would love to know where they are located to report them to the Secretary of State.

- Getting Calls At WorkJudging by what I've read here I still don't know what to think. It seems fairly evenly split between scam and legit. This number called my office phone 7 times over Saturday and Sunday. Same deal as I've read. They said the call was regarding my Citi card (which I don't and never have had)Please call back at 800-388-2200 or go to their website at www.citicards.com - This is not a sales call. The url actually takes you to <https://www.citi.com/credit-cards/creditcards/CitiHome.do> (not exactly the same address) because my search engine keeps changing it to this second address. There are a multitude of number on their "Contact Us" link but not this one.
- Melissa MortonCan you please tell me who owns this number?
- BARBARA SCARPINOI keep getting calls from this number and do not know what company it is from- I suspect spam since they never leave a message- they should be blocked
- maria Salcedothis number is keep calling to my house every half hour, we don't know what to do.
