800-388-2200

For approximately the past 2 months, I have been receiving the same tape recorded phone call every day (except Sundays) from morning to night 6 to 10 times a day, sometimes just 15 minutes apart.  Caller ID reads  "CITI 1-800-388-2200".   Voice message starts with "Under a recent bill passed by Congress......if you are a homeowner and pay more than $150 a month for electricity...."    I do not think that it is Citibank calling and worried about my electric bill.   SCAM!

I received a voicemail from my cell a guy told me this is Citicard thank you for being a part of our team, please log in to your account with CITIBANK so that you can pay the payment due. In fact I don't have a due payment with CITICARD, and I I don't have access with my Mobile app they hacked my password. Online there is technical issue in which I cannot fix it.
