I just had the same thing happen to me for the exact amount of money as you.  Whats sad is I havent used my bank card in months. I dont use my bank card!!!  But some how they got all my info and bank info and robbed me!!!  I live on a fixed income so this really sucks!!!!

You guys scamed me and I am not happy.I have not had a job for 3 years and I have no money.I never called your company.Never us my cc online how did you get my credit card #.

what it is actually is even when you call to cancel, the people you speak with have NO CLUE who the company is, what is offered, or how you got signed up. They are given a script and told vaguely what it is and how to handle certain things. The company pays call centers to train people to answer the phone on a "program". you never get to yell at the real people who actually signed you up and the people who help you cancel are just trying to do what they were trained for the "program". I know this from experience...

Ditto to all.  Called 1-888-593-5216 and they credited my card immediately.  It sure taught me a lesson to check my cc and bank statement every month.  Also, had to cancel card and get a new one.

I was charged 4 x$ 24.95 after cancelling valueplus.  I have no idea what this program is about.

Their (Provel, Inc) rating on the BBB site is A+. There must be some sort of loophole here, because they look very good on paper.

This co called to offer a special...$ 100 gas coupons.. join for $1 for trial, they never sent what they promised.  I'm going to continue to try and call.  The phone answers w/a website to go to for customer service, but that website does NOT connect.  The recording for this 800-475-1942 number says go to

Neither company sent what they promised, In FACT, they have not sent anything and it's been 3 weeks.
I'm afraid this is a type of "IDENTITY THEFT".... They asked a lot of questions.

They called saying since I bought from "IRENEW Bracelet" an ad on TV, they were calling to verify my shipping address.  Bogus ..... that product had already shipped, so they did NOT need to confirm my address.

I have called this company with no good results. Tomorrow I will contact attorney Generals office and bank. It appears that this is a plot to gain money for the Obama Admin. by fraud.
