This is a scam operation and they give or sell your information because I have received 4 times the number of usual e-mails and mail  since I responed them.

got charged 19.95 on my debit card.. dont know who this is and would like to know  how this happend

I have been charged by this MVQSAVEACE for past two years without my notice.  I just registered DISCOVER CARD to find out about it.  I had the auto payment system with Discoer Card so I I wasn't aware of this charge I was getting.
It's a fraud how they have been charging on my Discover Card without my consent...

Who is this company??  Why am I paying money each month of 24.95 to this company?How do I get them to stop taking money out of my acct??

I too got charge from this company for $24.95 and I have no idea what this is all about. The card company know all about this and they wont help.How can I stop this

I just received my packet in mail today 3/19/2011 also received a statement from my bank where I was charged $29.95 along with a $33.00 NSF charge from my overdraft protection.  I did not have time to cancel this and I think that I was scammed from the beginning.  I would like for the total of $62.95 to be refunded back to my debit card number that you have on file and no more charges are to be taken from that debit card because I want my subscription to be cancelled. The subscriber number is 1130414556 and the subscription was for BudgetSavers. Please CANCEL.

i just found out this company is taking money from my account and i have no idea what this company is and when i authorised any funds to be taken out...

I was checking my balance online and saw a charge from BUDGET SAVERS. When I called the bank they gave me this phone number that referred me to a website that offers a cancellation form but does not allow me to submit it. I will have to get a new card to prevent it from happening again I guess.

Man these folks are something... How much money do you think they have scamed off of so many people. I had bought somethings on- line and this window popped up saying I could get $50 in free gas for a year and all kinds of other things for $1.95 cents. A red flag went up I closed it right away. Some how they got my imformation anyway. They charged me two times for the $1.95 and two times $24.95.  Some places called Value Plus and Funsource...I have call numbers!  1-800-475-1942 Sent the canceled web sight www.programstop.com. I hope it is over but these kind of sites need to stop. It's taking lots of peoples hard earned money by fraud...

don't worry all of you other people,I have been charged the same ammount as you,twice in one day of $1.95,and then 1 week later,$24.95,so I called them and I told them if they think they are going too get away with it,my lawyer will be in contact with them and they took me off of their list,and if I still see the same charges next month,cancel your credit card and then get issued a new one.They can't tap into your account without your approval,and then tell your bank too block those numbers and that company from ever getting you money.I was pissed when I saw that,and they wouldn't tell me anything,so when I called I was yelling at them too tell me who that was,and then threatened them with my lawyer,and they took me off,and sending me a remburse form in the mail.and what I am going too do is send this copy too my lawyer,and he will go from there.

I also got scammed by these people (24.95) but also got scammed by a SEM Fun Source for 2 payments of 29.95 I am thinking they are the same people. I called and they said they would refund all my money in 3-5 days.. but I also read they told someone else that and they never got their money! I canceled my card as well, and like others, I think it happened when I ordered something off TV! NEVER AGAIN!

Do not know what this charge is for from this company--$25.

unauthorized charge to my credit card for services i know nothing about.

Noticed unauthorized debit for two months on my checking account from 800-475-1942. I am in the process of asking for a refund. Is this credit card Fraud????

i came in after work (10:30pm) tonight and when i checked my account   there was a 24.95 from Vule Plus on there that i knew i didnt do  i was very upset and it also really distrubed me   i have know clue what it was untill i started reading some of the reports from others and i still dont understand what it is all about so when mon. morning (june 13) comes i will find out and it will come off my account---i also called the     1-800-475-1942 but they're closed on the weekends               thanks for all of ya'lls reports like i said it helped a little so when i find out more i will let others know

received a $24.95 chg to my bank account on 4/20/11.  Don't know who these people are and cannot get a straight answer.  Want chg removed immediately as I did not order anything.
