I don't have any credit cards with Bank of America, and I come home and there is about 10 to 12 calls per day!...

i have recieved several calls from this number but i never answered nor did they ever leave a message...but i do have a credit card with BOA and i was 2 days late on a payment. since then the account  is current and has posted....i've never missed a payment and have only been late this one time.....are these people really calling me so much cause of the 2 days i was late??? it just seems to quick to have me reported to a collections agency!!!

This is a real number with boa credit cards. I called back the 877 number and spoke with a rep and yeah its them not a scam and that is the truth to all of you so rest assured. I pay my credit card on auto pay and long story short a payment got messed up and i had a past due amount of $10.00 and with the ruthlessness of boa they hound you asap they don't mess around. some how my auto pay was 2 days late which granted me a wonderful $35.00 late fee..... thanks boa you appreciate me... super..... any how i discussed all of this and other full details about my account and resolved there problem and no more calls now. so i would answer their calls or call them back resolve it and move on. Both NUMBERS ON THIS THREAD ARE REAL BOA NUMBERS. NOT A SCAM

Got a call from this #: 18005361584 at 7:30 PM. A guy with a thick accent said he was calling from "FIA Services". He asked me to confirm that I am the person he was trying to reach. He then declared that before we can proceed he wanted me to give my full address. I gave the # and the street name but he proceeded to demand I provide the entire address. I demanded to know what it was about, and he vaguely talked about some investment at which point I cut him off, stating I had no interest in it. I called back the above # and got a recorded announcement identifying it as FIA services.

Calls at least 10 times a day. Doesn't leave a message..and you can't call it back.

Same here.... no caller ID name and no messages. Calling abt 8-9x a day. First call is 8:00AM and last call is usually 8:45 PM. Going to block them.

Or just pay the money you owe.  I got a call and the guy wouldn't tell me anything without me teling him everything.  He could have just told me that he represented BoA and to go online and check my accounts.  That would have let me know that I was in fact behind on a payment.  But I instead took the posture that he was asking too much in exchange for nothing.  And I am sure that there are scammer out there, but this guy wasn't one of them.  What I don't get is why they don't find another way to accomplish what they want - letting you know that you are behind... - without raising such feelings of scamming.  They have to know that people aren't going to voluntarily hand over information on the phone these days after a decade of being told about online security issues.

I have never answered these numerous calls based on comments here.  We do not have a BOA card and we do not have any credit card debt, so these calls are definitely NOT on the up and up with us.  Very irritating.

All of our numbers are listed on the National Do Not Call list 6 months ago and still get repeated calls from this number and others similar.  The do not call list does stop some, but not all numbers.  If we do not know the caller they can call all they want and even leave a message which is usually for someone who does not live in our home.  In any case they don't get to talk directly with a person so you would think after months of no answer that they would stop.  What a waste of their time.

This is legit. It's from FIA card services which they mange billings for some banks including Bank of America.

They called twice this Wed. 01/18 and didn't leave a message

This number calls several times a week.  They never leave a message.

i got a call from this number while i was not at home, no message left. So  looked it up, others are saying it's a debt collector for Bank of America credit card, i don't have any credit cards and i have never had any contact or transactions with Bank of America. Sounds like a scam to me.

Lady from this number left a vmail at my work.  Said it was a msg for Jeung (Jung) Karen Park and it's about something important regarding the service, etc etc.  There's no such person nor has their ever been.

I had been getting calls from this number several times a day. When I called back they identified themselves as FIA Card Services, and they are a collection agency that Bank of America uses. I gave them my lawyer's contact information and asked them to "cease and desist". We will see if they stop calling.

They call at least 20 times a day don't leave a message

I got these fools calling my Google Voice number so they get filtered to a blackhhole

They called me at 10:30pm night before last and 9:30pm lastnight. Won't leave message. Just keep calling. My account is current. No reason for calls. SCAM!

Confirmed.  My Bank of America CC account is overdue.  I closed it with a hardship closing and so it was turned over to FIA card Services.  They always call about 2 weeks after it is late.

I figured it was them but looked it up just to make sure and found my way here.
