This number calls our office 2 to 3 times a day, I pick up the phone and they hang up. I have called back, the first time a lady picked up and said Bank of America and asked if I had an account with them, I told her no that this was a business she was calling and that they needed to stop because it is disruptive

I got a call from 800-536-1584, message said call from BOA, call back at 877-733-5734.  I normally ignore all calls of this type as potential scams.  But I had just made a purchase from out of the country and thought the call was to verify the charge.  When I called back, they said I had missed Nov payment, due on 5th, and if I paid right then and included the Dec payment there would be no late fee.  The call seemed legit and the reps were professional; and if I had missed a payment, I might have paid them. But I knew I had paid on time.  I hung up and call the number on back of credit card – sure enough the automated system confirmed payment.
This has got to be a scam.

They call and dontleave a message. Calls received into evening hours. They also don't say who's calling I am no longer answdring

This number has been calling me for the past few days now.  I don't ever answer numbers that I don't know, so naturally I let it go to voicemail.  They called me twice on Tues., and called me 4-5 times yesterday.  They just called again this afternoon.  No one leaves a voicemail.  Which tells me it must not be that important, but after reading this forum I realize that it has to be collections because I have a past due balance on my BOA credit card.  But I didn't think it would be that quick...but yeah.  That's my experience with this number.  Hope that helps.  Still haven't attempted to call them back to speak to anyone...

Called 3 or 4 times over the weekend and left no message.

I worked for Collections and Normal Card Services for Boa AKA FIA card services, they are not allowed to leave a message unless its 30 days past due. They start calling you 5 days past due. The Normal card services have no idea about the collection department and the collection department has no idea about the normal functions, this makes it easier for the bank in whole to steal customers money.

I just got my credit card renewed, so this may be a criminal attack.  two calls, noise messages.
