I just recently started getting calls from this number but no one leaves a message. It occurs usually in the evenings. It's very annoying and I wish I knew how to block it from my cell phone.

getting calls from 800-536-1584 to a phone that NO ONE knowns the number of....therefore I know the caller is not known to me.

Still is a sketchy way to run a business regardless what others are saying, such as "Legit business, pay up on Bank of America card, talked to a live person, they are a real business, etc."  Never confirm or give personal information to these numbers or people. Report the harassing calls. Several times a day. Every day.  Unable to connect, phone hangs up.   Be aware, can always be scammers at the actual number.  Thank you to all who have posted with good ideas

This is a scam. I have an acct. with them, but have always been current. Don't contact these people.

I finally answered the call since they call several times a day. She said she was with FIA card services and asked for my husband. I told her he wasn't home and she asked for his birth date and address. I told her I would not give her that information over the phone and asked why she was calling. She said she couldn't give me that information until I gave her our personal information. We have Bank of America debit cards but no credit cards. We are not late on any cards.

Who is this and why do they keep calling when I'm on a do not call list!

Have been calling my cell phone number and work phone number daily asking me to verify my date of birth and/or mailing address affiliated with one of my credit cards.

1800-536-1584 is FIA card services. They are calling about past due B Of A credit card accounts! Legit!

Its a scam they are trying to get your banking information

This is not legit......I don't have a BOA card, etc

this # call me twice, both time no message, I called back and it did not even ring....SCAMMMM

I have been receiving calls from this number for about a week. No-one on line when answered, no message when not answered.
When I called the number back...dead air...no ring. Very annoying!

keep calling this number and i am sick of it. we won't answer it because there's no caller i.d.

They call all day, everyday, even at 9pm! Nothing on the other end.

I have been getting a call from +1 (800) 536-1584 once a day. The lady says she is calling from FIA on behalf of Bank of America and wanted me to tell her my date of birth without the year. I told her I would be happy to go to my branch and give the info but not on the phone and she hung up. I called the bank and they told me a lot of people have called in to the branch to complain about FIA. She said BOFA would not have an outside company call on their behalf.

Whoever says this number is legit, is illigit.

Got a call from this number. No CallerID. Woman with thick accent but good English said she worked at BOA and wanted to discuss a problem about our account; she had a partial birthday and the last 4 digits. I told her I had calls like this before and that I was going to call the authorities. She was not bothered with that and continued to pressure for information. I hung up.
