Whoever "they" are, based off of the remarks they say the same thing to all of us. If it's a scam, how can we stop it?

I got the a call from a Natasha stating a matter has been placed in her office and she's reviewing it for further action & these actions will directly impact me TODAY to call back immediately or if I'm represented by an attorney, have them call back extension 1267545. Wtf.?! Who threatens people like that now a days to get bills in collections paid or whatever the case is that isn't cool, I freaked out but thank god for this site I read all the comments left and see that it's a bill collector. Owe money or not you don't threaten people like that it's messed up and they wonder why people tell them to eff off and ignore them and their payments.!! A holes.!!!!

Ignored call today and any other time this person calls.

They called me at my place of work saying I had multiple credit cards in my name that they wanted to make sure were real. However they wanted me to give them my social # and other personal information. However the REAL bank that they say they are already knows that information and tells you who you are, not the other way around. Ps, never give out your personal information

It's a collections agency collecting on behalf of Word Financial Bank or Comenity. Once I blocked the numbers, they began calling hourly on an 'unknown' number. I'm at work and cannot take the calls.

Call showed up as unknown but he gave me a number to call back. Guy said his name was Nick and if he didn't hear from me or my attorney today that he would have to make a decision that would badly affect my life . Haha! Don't fall for it people!

This person is calling and threating me if i dont return the call it will affect me

They have been calling me trying to sound like they are the cops claiming to be specilist something or other (thats how much i care) gave me and my husband a good laugh lol

I contantly receive these calls as you all do.  The calls are becoming more and more threatening.  These are collection calls from Comenity Bank which finance VS Secret, QVC, HSN, Lane Bryant credit cards and many other retailers.  If you are delinquent on store credit cards the calls will probably not stop anytime soon.  The person calling me is "Specialist Swimmer".  She did not state what company she was calling on behalf of but when I returned the call I learned that it was Commenity Bank.

This company or whatever call my job. They also left very threatening messages on my phone.  Didn't state who they was calling for, or about.  Telling me to call them immediately before further actions be  taken against me.

Call asking for my daughter in law. Yet won't tell me how they got my number. Call mutlie times. Have even called and said that her attorney needed to call. Enough! Everyday, multiple times a day at all hours of the day

I have no idea what this is about.  Different Agents calling at least 3 times and sometimes up to 5 times a day.  wanting to know if I am represented by an attorney. I asked what the call is about? was told not to play dumb I knew who it was.   I googled this number and World Financial Network Bank.  I do not owe these people anything.  I have never heard of them.

its not a collection agency. it's comenity bank and they do their own collections.

This was Commedity Bank calling me about a NY& Co credit card account they had closed and charged off and wanted final payment on. The voicemail they left was saying about contacting my lawyer & so on. They somehow got my business number as well, which I never provided them with.

Called me early this morning. I didn't answer, took down the phone number. Just called them back...They were looking for someone named Nancy Bean. This was after I told them my SS number and phone number...I  made a mistake in doing that. She then asked me if I was Nancy Bean. I said I wasn't. Then she said then this is a wrong number and I said yes it was.   She said thank you and I said thank you and I hung up. I am going to keep this number just in case they call back.

They have been harrasing me I am an elderly women at age 86 claiming I owe a 500 dollar bill which I have never seen or heard of I looked into it and they have scammed other individuals. Thank goodness my kids are here to make sure I do not get scammed. I hope no one falls for this.

Someone with a sultry voice of a porno star left a threatime of me contacting my lawyer. So many scams these days I just don't respond back

got a call from ext 1227681 saying the same thing - its being going on since 2009?  how do we stop these people for good?

Got a call from Anthony, looking for my son about urgent business he was not free to discuss.  The son lives 200 miles from here.  Then Anthony called the other son, looking for first son, same message.  Anthony also called my wife, same pitch.  No caller ID & Anthony doesn't have a last name.

Called my ex-husband's cell, used my previous married name and didn't even list the bank that i am supposedly in default with. I have yet to receive a call myself.
