I got a call as well, asking for me or my attorney. to call by the next day at noon. They did not say with what company they were calling from. Just very to the point to call them but not providing information. Saying THIS WILL AFFECT ME, they will be FORCED TO DO SOMETHING ON MY BEHALF. Needless to say, I have not called them back.

I called the number with *67 and they said they were from Community Bank.

I received a call from a restricted number. He gave me a number +1-800-695-7444 extension 1227545. He said his name was Mr. Jones. First off I don't answer unavailable numbers and restricted numbers, and he urged me to call him back or have my lawyer call him back. I am not calling someone back that I do not know, and I don't know that number especially when it says private. Not "NO", but "HECK NO!!! With all the scams that is going on nowadays, there is no chance that he's going to get a phone call from me.

I got a couple calls from a woman calling herself Specialist Cardwell stating a decision has been made and asking to have my attorney contact her but does not specify as to what it is about.

I used to have credit cards issued by Comenity bank; it could be about a past due account with any number of stores, like The Limited, New York and Company, Lane Bryant, Victoria's secret, to name a few.  Their collections department is ruthless.

it's Comenity bank. They own the credit cards for The Limited, New York and company, Lane Bryant and Victoria's secret among others.

if you have a credit card with The Limited, New York and Company, Lane Bryant, Victoria's secret or Dress Barn that is past due, this is the number they would use for collections.

Called asking for My daughter. Left #800 -695- 7444 and extension #1227613. Said they were from community park bank snd asked for her or her lawyer to return their cll.

they are calling on behalf of Comenity Bank, who own several accounts with different stores. If you have/had an account with The Limited, express, Lane Bryant, Bon-Ton, New York and Company, to name a few, that has gone to collections, this is what it is most likely regarding. They are ruthless.

This number call me today and said that they were with comm bank and say for me to call them back.

They called me and said I need a lawyer .  They say they have to make a decision on this matter but do not say what it is.

So i made arrangements. Even though my Acct is close they told me i used the card at store so im paying Comenity. Bank but they never send me statments up to date

That is the exact message they left and I am not Darren nor ever heard of him

Left a voice mail saying his name was agent Fiester or something & was calling regarding a matter placed in his office. To have my attorney contact him & that if I did not have an attorney that I should contact him asap.

They r real. Just tryiny to collect from credit. Cards they work with you they stop bothering me cause i made arrange ments with them.to pay even thougt its more than wat i owed.
