They called me 3 or more times per day. I just got a call 4 or 5 minutes ago and I called them back to find out they closed 17 minutes ago... Strange??

I suggest we send the 1-800-927-2291 number to everyone we know in our email contacts and tell them to call the number one time and then pass the email along to their contacts to do the same.  Maybe if everyone does this it will run up Sears phone bill and they'll stop calling us.

I told the Sears Rep that they had called my home 12x's in 2 days and that I didn't appreciate the annoyance and to take me off the list.  Honest to goodness they called back twice after that.

Sears is very rude to call anyone over and over again.  I get the same calls in the past week, averaging 3-4 calls per day - total insanity.  They have telemarketers that calls you and they don't take notes at all when you complain asking them not to call anymore.  Their warranty calls are very rude too.  They don't like to hear "NO" well, too bad!! It's my money, not yours, so take NOTE and DO NOT CALL AGAIN!!  Unbelievable -

It's just Sears.  If you bought something from them in the last year then they want to offer you an extension on the manf warranty.  Not a big deal.  Just pick up the phone and tell them if you want it or not.

I just got a call from this number. Didn't answer. This is the first time they called. I have answering machine set-up to answer with no message. And I set the answering machine on answer only so they can't leave message. Then I check to see who's calling with this web site.  HA HA

They've been calling me almost every day for many months now apparently using some automatic dialer and would leave on my voicemail the same stupid prerecorded message giving me menu options like I was the one calling them for "service".  Totally ridiculous!  Sounds like this is likely Sears and since I bought a lawn mower and washer dryer from them just last year, they seem to think that gives them the right to keep calling me with these annoying calls over and over again forever and ever.  By the way both the washer-dryer and lawn mower that I bought from Sears have already broken down and I've had to go through a lot of hassles and red tape to get them fixed.  The lawn mower has since broken down again and is probably beyond repair.  I wouldn't recommend Sears products or "service" to my worst enemy.

This was an "abandoned" or "dead air" call. "Abandoned" calls (telemarketing calls that are not connected to a live representative within 2 seconds after you answered; characterized by "dead air") from any source - including "legitimate" charities and their telemarketing agents - should be reported as such to the FCC. Go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm to do this.

They called again this morning a little before 8:30 and woke us from a sound sleep.  We are retired and like to sleep in.  We have caller ID and a Voice Announce gadget that says "bad scumbag" in my voice when a tollfree call comes in. Did not answer and they let no message. They called back a minute later just to be sure I didn't roll over and go back to sleep!  Now that I know it is probably Sears selling extended warranties, I'll never answer nor even open their ads.  I have extended warranties on 2 of their appliances and never use them anyway-even for the free check-up.  I like that idea about calling THEM from a payphone.
