I got one months ago a washing machine and a dryer, now there don't stop calling me. I blocked them with the first number (800-827-6655) and now there calling with this number.
I know now why many Sears stores are closing up. I was a costumer and what I get for it, phone calls after phone calls. I will not buy anything again from Sears.

Recently ordered some kitchen curtains online from Kmart, which apparently came from Sears.  Then the calls started.  They call 2-3 times a day but I don't pick up 800 calls.  I guess they want me to buy an extended warranty for $40 worth of tiers.  LOL

I too have been receiving multiple calls.  I contacted Customer Service by both email and phone and expressed by extreme displeasure with the harrassing phone calls.  So far they have stopped.  I would recommend everyone do that so that they may drop the telemarketing campaign.  I informed them of these sites, and how people are expressing their anger with sears which results in less customers.  Don't call the number that called you; go onto Sears website and deal with their customer service department.

I finally answered the 800-927-2291 call, after they called numerous times of the day and night.  As I was telling the female who told me it was Sears calling, as I was in the process of telling her not to call me again, she hung up on me.  I called the number back, waited about 10 minutes for someone to answer, and when he answered, I told him who I was, and before I could even state what I wanted to say, he hung up on me.  I called the number again, and it was never answered.  Is this the way Sears operates?  Unfortunately, I have a bad taste in my mouth about Sears.  I think the FCC should get involved with this.

I've gotten a phone call from Sears everyday at least four or more times of day thru out the month of July, and now starting in August. Luckly I have caller ID, so I just don't pick up the phone. But the calls are annoying. I wish they would stop.

It's Sears to extend your warranties.  I bought a bunch of appliances there two years ago and they are now running out.  Crap products are built nowadays so it's cheaper to buy a new one then spend the money on a extended warranty which they will just find a way that it won't cover your break and deny the claim.  Best thing is to just say they have the wrong number.  Or, blow a foghorn in the phone (apps available on Smartphones).  That stops callers too :)

I'm no fan of Sears and will never buy anything from them again -- that's another story.  But after reading many of the posts here, it seems outrageous even for Sears and its uppity customer disservice reps.  Is it possible that some scammers are faking Sears' number in a phishing scam?

Id shows toll free svc. Many calls per day. Today is Sunday already 2 calls?? I thought that was  not permitted by law. If I do pick up there is no one on the phone and they don't leave a message on machine. I blocked # on my phone. It allows 1 ring and cuts call off. Very annoying and harassing.

Last time I talked to a person at 800-927-2291 he told me he was in Canada and that means, at least to me, that they use that number from various locations. When they start calling I know it's time to renew my agreement and call Sears Repair number to do so and the telemarketer doesn't get credit for the sale. As info, the Blue Crew (Repairs) handles any repairs, not just Sears, so if you purchase something at K-Mart (Owns Sears) they have the right to call you or so it was agreed on the Do Not Call List because you made a purchase from them. Asking them to take you off 'their' list only applies to the place calling you, not from a master list. Getting rid of a telephone (hard line) because of phone calls is nuts because that's what it's for and then buying a cell phone is a joke because the cell phone companies sell your numbers too. We have two cell phones and a land line and get these calls on all of them. Use call blocker phones or buy a call blocker, if you want the calls blocked, and don't blame it on a phone company because that's what they are in business for. Hard line, cell, mobile, Internet, et al, and they all get unwanted  calls and texts and in some cases you are charged for receiving those calls. Better check the contracts before cutting your land line!! Then contact your Congressman and ask for changes in the FCC rules and regulations.

Got calls from this number DAILY - AND TWICE THIS MORNING BEFORE 8:15 AM.  Called Sears Customer Service Order line.  They transferred me to the Extended Warranty department - who took me off the call list - then proceeded to try to sell me an extended warranty.  When I declined that, wanted to know if I was a homeowner and wanted to sell me windows.  Sure not feelin' any Sears love today - and won't for a good long while...

We receive calls from 800--927-2291 at 8:45am every morning - very irritating.  It's a solicitation from Sears, or a third party contracted by Sears, selling extended warranty coverage on appliances.   OUR ADVICE: DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER

We get calls before 8 am when we are still sleeping! They call all the time, and if I answer -- there is no one there! The babies wake up -- it is so maddening that they can disrupt our lives this way. I finally called the number back on my own today, and they said they "don't know why this is happening". They are Sears trying to sell extended warranties. Hopefully now the calls will STOP!

    eh
23 calls so far.  Will not be making any more purchases at SEARS.  Another thought.  I have had a cell phone for years.  No land line.  Recently Comcast talked me onto a bundle deal which includes land line, internet and TV to save money.  I never hooked up the phone as I don't need it.  It is that land line where I get all the unwanted calls. There's a call log that shows up on my Comcast account.  I don't know how Sears got that number so fast.  Did they purchase it from Comcast?   and is that the reason for encouraging the "bundle"…so Comcast can sell the number to Sears and others?  I never got a call from sears for any reason until I got this land line  then I got 23 calls.   So far over 100 assorted marketing calls since getting the land line.  Sure glad I didn't hook it up.  I'd be afraid to.

I don't think that DNC (do not call) list really works. I have been reading on many sites that people complain about getting calla and they all seem to say their on this list. I think it's the Gov way to get your phone number. They may even be selling this. Or why is this not working as I'm also on that list and still receive these unwanted calls.. I've even reported these numbers, but guess what? They still are ringing my number!!
I enter my numbers at least twice a  month.

Never ending calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Sears trying to sell my a Warranty again....duhh  there is already one on my appliances... cuz you sold me something that breaks down all the time!!!!!!... Sad that they sell products that they know break down all the time!!!! Unfortunately I have needed the warranties because my stuff has broken down allot!!!!!!   If your stuff breaks down 3 times with the same problem within a short period they are suppose to give you a new one of the same value...  they only do this is you complain and get mean and demand itand know your rights!!   Not gonna buy from Sears again!!...even the mattresses suck!!  Had to replace one that was only 6 months old.!  They tried to tell me I would have to pay the difference.of $1000.00 and wouldn't give my $ back...the only reason I didn't have to  pay was because all the mattresses were on sale that week.  Just not happy!!!!!!!  And the calls just Suck!!!!!!!   On the do not call list!!!!!!    that means DO NOT CALL!!!!  Will not be buying Sears crude
    again!!!
